I’m disappointed in the service I received here . The service guy at the desk did not call me to update me about my car. Did not listen to my concerns about my vehicle. Car here because I was referred especially about how excellent this dealership was and it turned out to be a terrible experience . I second guess buying a vehicle from here. When you bring your car in for service they are suppose to wash your vehicle and I did not receive that type of service at all.! I felt like because I’m a female I didn’t have a voice and when I explained about my car I wasn’t heard. I don't like leaving this type of review as it reflects on the terrible service I received . The issues about my car were not taken care of and of anything it was a waste of my time . I’m extremely disappointed as this dealership was highly recommended to me As I not only owned but paid cash for as that car got me through living homeless . Haven’t had a pleasant experience since I bought the car and if I had known things would turn out this way i wouldn’t have purchased from here More
