Scheduled drop off at 9am for brake inspection; they were to call me with results. 4 hours later no call; so I called the dealer. Tried to up-sale me other services. Opted for just front brake service. If I to call me with results. 4 hours later no call; so I called the dealer. Tried to up-sale me other services. Opted for just front brake service. If I have to call to get the status of my car you’ve lost an opportunity with me to sell additional service. No call from the dealer regarding when my car would be done. Again, I called the dealer, was told 5pm. With an appointment, 8+ hours to turn rotors and replace pads only; actually got my car @ 5:40. No one spoke to me during my 40 minute wait with the exception of asking how I was paying. No explanation or detail on the estimates I was given, with my receipt, on the previous suggested up-sale services. Unfortunate, as I will be replacing tires but since there was no details included; I will go elsewhere. With regard to trying to sell air filter replacement @ $50 price point, which I had already changed quit recently, that speaks for itself. More

I had went for my appointment the other day because I had been having issues with my car . When I arrived I explained what was going on. The guy darted as if beef a female I didn’t know what I was talking ab been having issues with my car . When I arrived I explained what was going on. I’m very aware of what is going on with my car and I didn’t appreciate that everytime I go ij there they act as if just because I’m a female I don’t know what I’m talking about . I was charged $70 something just for them to test drive my car ! the first time I ever had my vehicle serviced I expamijed what was going on with my car they did not charge me to figure out what was going on!! The second time I came for a visit to edpsmij about my car they charge me . I dojt feel it’s right to charge someone just to take a car for a drive when I made it very clear what was going on with my vehicle. I think it’d very discriminatory that just because I’m a female I don’t know what I’m taking about . I way I never purchased a car from here it was a huge mistake and wish I would’ve taken my business elsewhere. Usually they even wash your vehicle they no longer even attempt to anymore. If I coukd I would’ve never purchased a vehicle from here a huge mistake. If I had any choice I wouldn’t come here again for anything I would take my business elsewhere where I feel like my voice is heard and not overlooked because I’m a female ! More
