From the time I made an appointment to the time I left I felt at ease. The person I made the apppointment with was not pushy and was very knowledgable. When I came in for my appointment Clarence met me at my car,opened my door and introduced himself which just really made my day. Chivalry is still here. Clarence actually discussed with me what my car needed, listened to me and helped me make an educated discussion. This was a wonderful experience and I will share this with everyone I know. Excellent experience! Service Dept Guys were friendly, professional and treated me great. They informed me of and showed me a minor issue with the exhaust system of car. The Waiting Area was very customer friendly (except I couldn't figure out how to change the channel on the too small TV) and had a very nice merchandise presentation.
