I took my CR-V in for an oil change and discovered that my battery needed to be replaced. Since my battery was still under warranty, I did not have to pay full price for my new battery. They never pressure me to agree to their recommendations but I generally agree to the recommended service since I trust that they know what is best. They have some of the best used Honda's out there on the road today. Was looking in particular for a Honda Accord 2006 or 2007 model since the design was a catch in my head. Found 2 cars that were perfect as per my requirements, the sales person "Donovan Poole" was very very friendly and patient in explaining A-Z about the car. It took us a whole 1.5 hrs to go through these 2 cars, and yet Donovan was as active and responsive to my rapid fire round of questions! :-) Thanks to Donovan for that.. On the pricing front, they are really helpful to try and get to the mark you are looking for. Overall a very nice and a memorable experience for me since it was my first car in the US. Then came the time for the delivery of the car. This especially was the best part of my car buying with Tom Wood Honda. The entire team was ready at the delivery room to welcome me and congratulate me for the buy. It is very heart warming when you have so many people wishing you good luck with the car. The entire team including the store manager, branch manager and the service folks had a brief chat with me and it feels nice that you have such a well trained and friendly team behind your back to assist you with everything you need on a HONDA! This is such a friendly and professional dealership. The service department is top notch. I drive 25 minutes to take my vehicle here when there are many service centers closer.
