Even more important to us, was Travis' time he spent answering more questions after we used the car for a week. New or Slightly Used Vehicle I was in the market looking for a new or "slightly" used vehicle. I searched online for nearly a year and being that I've worked in the automotive in I was in the market looking for a new or "slightly" used vehicle. I searched online for nearly a year and being that I've worked in the automotive industry, I thought I knew exactly what I wanted. After further review and discussion with Robert Spencer, he recommended the 2017 Honda CRV. I hadn't considered that particular model, but he was familiar with the new features, mentioned it was more spacious and I might want to drive one to see if that size will work. So, I did. ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!!! If I hadn't spoken to Robert, I doubt the Honda CRV would have crossed my mind b/c I was pretty set on a Ford Edge or Acura RDX. SO pleased I went this route instead...for numerous reasons! Plus, Robert was persistent, but not pushy which I greatly appreciate. Often times, car sales can be tough b/c of the commission structures they have in place - overall, this was a smooth and easy process. Very convenient for my needs. We discussed the services as well, but I mentioned that I would more than likely not make the commute for an oil change being that it is a 45 min commute - unless I drive directly from the office, which could happen on occasion. More

I upgraded from a 2014 CRV to to a new Honda Odyssey. Tom Wood Honda and Travis Capp specifically were the best thing to happen to me and my family. I upgraded from a 2014 CRV to to a new Honda Odyssey. They gave me $2000 more for my trade in and $3000 less off of the price of the new vehicle compared to Victory Honda. The 30 minute drive to Anderson from Muncie saved me $5000....thank you Travis! More
