FIRST time is a charm! My 2015 Civic was my first car purchase. Zach made the experience absolutely incredible! I had worked with him for about 3 months, prior to me buying My 2015 Civic was my first car purchase. Zach made the experience absolutely incredible! I had worked with him for about 3 months, prior to me buying the Civic. It went from "I want a newer car, more reliable, etc" to a must have after an accident. Zach and I spoke almost everyday for weeks, and he did every single thing to make sure I was comfortable and confident, as well as knowledgeable, before I even decided on anything! Buying a vehicle for the first time was very intimidating, but with Zach, I had an amazing experience. I was sure he would have gave up on me after the first month, as I was very indecisive at first. But not Zach! He went above and beyond what I would have ever expected, and today I'm driving my 2015 Civic. He has set the bar high for any other sales person for sure! Thanks Zach, you rock!! More

I am a fairly new grad of Ivy Tech and was looking for something to fit my needs that I could also have for the long run. Zach asked me everything he needed and answered every question I could have thought of before I even thought of it! I was looking into what kind of cars would best suit me and my life after college, wanting to do more schooling and traveling to and from campus as well as traveling from Indianapolis to Muncie for family, I needed something reliable. I ended up going with a 2016 Honda CR-V and I LOVE IT!! Being this is my first EVER car I have signed for, I felt that Zach helped reassure me for anything and everything about the Honda name as well as every car they have on their lot.
