I had worked with him for about 3 months, prior to me buying My 2015 Civic was my first car purchase. Zach made the experience absolutely incredible! I had worked with him for about 3 months, prior to me buying the Civic. It went from "I want a newer car, more reliable, etc" to a must have after an accident. Zach and I spoke almost everyday for weeks, and he did every single thing to make sure I was comfortable and confident, as well as knowledgeable, before I even decided on anything! Buying a vehicle for the first time was very intimidating, but with Zach, I had an amazing experience. I was sure he would have gave up on me after the first month, as I was very indecisive at first. But not Zach! He went above and beyond what I would have ever expected, and today I'm driving my 2015 Civic. He has set the bar high for any other sales person for sure! Thanks Zach, you rock!! More
