The trade value that they gave for my 2012 CRV was more than they gave in Indy. All of the staff that we worked with, were excellent to work with.. The car is awesome. The safety features are the best. After 2000 miles, we are averaging 31 miles per gallon. This is my second time to buy at Tom Wood. I have always had my service done here as well. Amazing Customer Servuce I drove to Anderson from Dayton, Ohio to look at a used 2016 HRV. I had already been in contact with my sales person, Zack Logan, via text. I found out from him that there were still new 2016 HRVs available with special financing. When I got there myself and my friend were instantly greeted and helped. Zack was super friendly! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and he already had the car ready for us to test drive. He let me ask as many questions as I needed to and he made sure to let me know I was in control of the process. He let me know if the HRV was not the car for me it was okay. He did not try and upsell me and honored what I wanted. He did not pressure me to make a sale and he valued my time. The dealership was wonderful, clean and friendly. I will most definitely be recommending this dealer to any of my friends in the market for a Honda. More

He simply asked if he could text me and I had to approve by texting him YES - this assures privacy and allows me to decide if I wanted to continue the conversation. Via text, and over a few days, we developed a relationship and I could tell Zack was truly interested in me purchasing the best car for my family. In fact, finally he volunteered to come in to work on his day off to show me a particular car. In short, it is amazing how much of the realtionship and details were able to be discussed via social media - that by the time I met Zack - I already knew him. I was not sure if the sale would work out - but honestly I drove from Indy to Anderson, really just to meet this guy. My point is that I was also in contact with a few other dealers - and Zack was really the only one that seemed genuine - no strings attached. I have not bought a car in 17 years and I was hesitant about the experience. I was surprised and Zack provided a great experience for me and we found out we had some common friends.
