First time I enjoyed the Car Buying Experience! I'm an experienced car-buyer. I've bought countless cars and have leased 3 vehicles. I began this leasing opportunity by going through Edmunds which I'm an experienced car-buyer. I've bought countless cars and have leased 3 vehicles. I began this leasing opportunity by going through Edmunds which sent my information to 5 dealerships, and then through texting with Zach. Tom Wood Honda was the ONLY dealer to text me. Yep, that's right, in this day and age, the ONLY ONE. I received generic emails from all 5, but Zach reached out almost immediately. By the way, this was not during business hours either; it was 10pm until almost midnight. That is customer service. He wanted to ensure I had all my questions answered and then followed up the next day. When my husband and I passed the 4 other dealers on our way to meet with Zach, (yes Tom Wood was the furthest away - a one and a half hour drive), we were met with enthusiasm and a great smile. Zach took care of everything! I completed the paperwork online, which made this deal super efficient. So all we had to do was get the test drive in, sign the paperwork and then have Zach train us on all the nuances of the 2017 Honda CRV. Zach loves and drives Hondas, and his love for them showed when discussing everything from cruise control and Honda sensing to pairing our iPhones with the new beloved CRV. After we left, he even checked in on us the next day to see if we had any questions (which of course we did). What a great car-buying experience, and what a great sales person. Never once did we feel pressured into buying what we didn't want or need, and that easily could have happened. Thank you Zach, we WILL be back for our next Honda (our 2015 Accord is up next)...see you soon! More
