He simply asked if he could text me and I had to approve by texting him YES - this assures privacy and allows me to decide if I wanted to continue the conversation. Via text, and over a few days, we developed a relationship and I could tell Zack was truly interested in me purchasing the best car for my family. In fact, finally he volunteered to come in to work on his day off to show me a particular car. In short, it is amazing how much of the realtionship and details were able to be discussed via social media - that by the time I met Zack - I already knew him. I was not sure if the sale would work out - but honestly I drove from Indy to Anderson, really just to meet this guy. My point is that I was also in contact with a few other dealers - and Zack was really the only one that seemed genuine - no strings attached. I have not bought a car in 17 years and I was hesitant about the experience. I was surprised and Zack provided a great experience for me and we found out we had some common friends. Overall - Zack was awesome. More
