This is the second time I've had the pleasure of working with Zach and he was as attentive this time as he was 4 years ago. I already knew what I was looking for and Zach made it easy to narrow my selection. He was respectful of the research I had completed, as well as my financing plans, all while providing useful model-specific information to help me make my ultimate decision. Because Zach transitioned into a new role during the purchasing cycle (congrats!), he introduced me to Charles Hamilton to complete the transaction. Charles was also attentive throughout the closing stages of the purchase and his follow-up has been impeccable. Charles and Zach have very similar styles and I really appreciate their professional approach to the business, rather than a pushy "lot jockey" sort of mentality. It's clear that they both believe in building their book of business based upon mutual respect and thoughtful fact-finding. This is my 2nd new Honda purchased from Tom Wood Anderson, and I expect the next vehicle will also come from this dealership. I initially went into the I am a first-time car buyer, and had the pleasure of working with Jordan Jessup for my purchase of a 2015 Honda Accord EX-L. I initially went into the dealership looking at a 2016 Civic, but there were some concerns about the vehicle's history. Jordan did not try to push the Civic, but rather tried to find me the best deal within my criteria and budget. In the end he directed me to the Accord, which he was able to offer for a great, fair price. Jordan doesn't barter because he doesn't sandbag his price like one might expect. He truly does everything to try to find the best deal for YOU. Jordan also helped me consider different payment options (even though he does not handle the financing - because he is genuinely invested in the customer!) Caitlin was great to work with and very knowledgeable about the different coverages and financing options. She was even able to find a better APR by comparing a few different banks. She was also considerate enough to ask my approval before comparing the bank options. The only complaint is that she did seem to impatiently rush through things, but that could have been because we were closing the sale at 10:00 pm. Overall it was a great experience and I could not be happier with my decision to purchase my first vehicle from Jordan at Tom Wood Honda! More

Treats customers well I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Tom Wood based on the positive word-of-mouth and reputation of quality character from a family member. I am a sin I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Tom Wood based on the positive word-of-mouth and reputation of quality character from a family member. I am a single mom and extremely skeptical based on a previous experience buying a car from a different local dealership that was deceptive. The initial transaction at Tom Wood was very confusing, frustrating and stressful. I was not presented with the car I came to purchase. After discussing with the Sales Manager (Zach), it was verbally agreed that the lower price on the right car would be honored. It was not, but I didn’t realize this until after the paperwork was signed, and he denied this ever happened (ALWAYS READ EVERY DETAIL BEFORE YOU SIGN EVEN IF THEY SAY ITS FOR A WARANNTY-expensive lesson learned). While I cant speak to these quick and sketchy sales tactics and ethics (or lack thereof for the Sales Manager) I can say enough about the quality of character of the initial Sales person (Aaron) and Matt (finance manager). Where I brought areas of concern to the GM, Damien, they were addressed absolutely immediately, and with care and concern. I appreciated that they understood they weren’t selling me a car, but earning my trust and were very patient in educating me about the transaction in person in the days that followed. They are committed to getting it right, and if they didn’t, to make it right. I recommend working with any of the staff I have reviews. I did not rate the other staff member because I don’t find giving a negative rating helpful when the issue has been addressed. I just will look to alternative staff when I return as I look forward to using this dealership in the future years for repairs and sales. The leadership, patience, and care is quality and so appreciated from the staff and leadership. Thank you for your kindness and help to me and my family for years to come. More
