Purchasing a new HRV The purchase of the HRV was smooth and easy. The salesman met my offer and helped me to customize my vehicle to my liking. Jordan was a good salesperson but Mark worked hard prior to that day to get my business. Both guys were very good and.i would recommend either one. I called the service dept early Mon morning after purchasing the vehicle late Saturday to say I forgot to take My seat covers but they threw them away. I had some work done to customize the vehicle and that was competed but no one would let me know if the vehicle was ready for pick up. I asked that floor mats be installed and the vehicle be washed and when I went to get the vehicle neither had been done. Disappointed in follow thru customer service and after calling to save my car seats they were tossed. Better communication between staff is needed. The car covers meant a lot to me as my husband bought them for me and last winter he passed away suddenly. Just disappointed. More

We felt like they honestly wanted our business, and worked hard to earn it. There were no surprises along the way. They delivered on every commitment. We were driving nearly an hour to do business with them, so a lot of our communication and negotiation was by phone, email and text. They were willing to work through that with us to ensure all of the details were agreed before we took the time to drive to them, while others didn't bother to even respond or would only talk to us when we showed up in their showroom.
