I’m disappointed in the service I received here . The service guy at the desk did not call me to update me about my car. Did not listen to my concerns about my vehicle. When you bring your car in for service they are suppose to wash your vehicle and I did not receive that type of service at all.! I felt like because I’m a female I didn’t have a voice and when I explained about my car I wasn’t heard. I don't like leaving this type of review as it reflects on the terrible service I received . The issues about my car were not taken care of and of anything it was a waste of my time . I’m extremely disappointed as this dealership was highly recommended to me As I not only owned but paid cash for as that car got me through living homeless . Corey Pritt was the sales rep for the most recent purchase on February 5, 2020 and made the most recent purchase experience pleasant, satisfying and very much appreciated. He answered questions, made suggestions for our consideration and was readily available over a period of days to provide additional information and respond to all of our needs. From the time we informed him of decision to purchase the vehicle the entire closing was completed 90 in 90 minutes which concluded with Corey providing a thorough orientation to the systems of the vehicle. Tom Wood Honda has also maintained out autos the past 6 years. We drive 30 to bring the vehicles to Anderson for their maintenance because it has been of a high quality and our satisfaction with it. The service department personnel have always been very courteous and kept us informed on what needs to be done and what we need to anticipate in months ahead. We are confident they will keep the car in the best condition for driving and safety. More
