Sales rep Logan was very professional and Dillon who was the financial rep was very helpful in getting me a payment I could handle. When I test drove the car I purchased, I noticed that an alert was presen the financial rep was very helpful in getting me a payment I could handle. When I test drove the car I purchased, I noticed that an alert was present that stated “I key system error “. I pointed it out to Logan who said that the key fob probably just needed a battery. Less than 24 hours later, the theft alert system was going off while no one was close to the car. Numerous times, so we replaced the key fob battery. Still continued, so we finally unhooked the car battery. I was informed that the car would need to be serviced by a Nissan service department, which I understand. I have an appointment for next week, nothing available any sooner. I just feel that the car system error should have been fixed before the car was put up for sale. Good thing I purchased the extended service warranty. I love the car, just not the hassle I am having to deal with. More
