Sales rep Logan was very professional and Dillon who was the financial rep was very helpful in getting me a payment I could handle. When I test drove the car I purchased, I noticed that an alert was presen the financial rep was very helpful in getting me a payment I could handle. When I test drove the car I purchased, I noticed that an alert was present that stated “I key system error “. I pointed it out to Logan who said that the key fob probably just needed a battery. Less than 24 hours later, the theft alert system was going off while no one was close to the car. Numerous times, so we replaced the key fob battery. Still continued, so we finally unhooked the car battery. I was informed that the car would need to be serviced by a Nissan service department, which I understand. I have an appointment for next week, nothing available any sooner. I just feel that the car system error should have been fixed before the car was put up for sale. Good thing I purchased the extended service warranty. I love the car, just not the hassle I am having to deal with. More

STAY FAR AWAY! I'd give a -5 if I could. Never in my life have I been talked to SO poorly by someone I am trying to buy something off of.... Especially $24k worth of something. I had been looking for an older model Chevrolet pick up truck. Because if your add on "Market Place" I saw one you had advertised and drove to your dealership in Anderson, as I stepped out of my vehicle t truck. He offered me the opportunity to take the vehicle for a test drive which I did. I was there only to look at that time but because of his actions, and the dealership's willingness to entertain a monetary offer I made, and an agreement to make a small repair to the vehicle I made the purchase.
