We are very unhappy with the Service Dept. I called one week ahead to schedule an appointment. I explained 3 issues we were experiencing with our vehicle. The 3 issues were 1) the lane departure was not wo week ahead to schedule an appointment. I explained 3 issues we were experiencing with our vehicle. The 3 issues were 1) the lane departure was not working consistently 2) the automatic bright lights were no longer working 3) emergency update that was to be completed by Feb 22 could not be completed following the instructions given via email. Update showed completed when I followed the instructions, but “Install Only” was not an option to show as completed. We scheduled our appointment for 1:00 pm. When we arrived and checked in at 1:00 pm for our appointment we were told the 2 technicians that did the type of work that we needed done had both just left for lunch. We did not understand why they would have scheduled us for 1:00 if that is when the technicians were going to be out for lunch. We were told it would take about 1-1 1/2 hours. We left to walk over to get something to eat while we waited for the service to be completed. We received a call that they were done with our vehicle. They informed us 1) the lane departure is inconsistent due to the type of roads 2) the instruction for the automatic bright lights would be in our manual per the technician. The service representative said he tried to look for it in the manual, but could not find the information. I asked the rep if the tech made the correction. The rep said no the tech did not because he was busy working on a couple of other vehicles. 3) the emergency update it was stated had been updated, which is what I had seen when I completed it. However, the instructions also stated “Install Only”. We were not happy with having an appointment and having to wait for service tech to return back from lunch. Not happy with the response of the issue with the automatic bright lights. We felt the service tech could have fixed the issue and also showed or told us or the rep where to find it in the manual. It was just not a very good experience for us. We had been very pleased with Corey who sold us the vehicle, we love our vehicle, but now we are concerned if this is the type of service we can expect to receive from Honda. More

I’ll never go back to this dealership to car shop again. I told the salesman the only reason I’m trading in my car is because I want an SUV with AWD. I was signing preliminary paperwork for an SUV and befor I told the salesman the only reason I’m trading in my car is because I want an SUV with AWD. I was signing preliminary paperwork for an SUV and before I signed contracts I asked them to double check that it was AWD. He said he was 99% sure it was, just to come back and tell me it was FWD. I let him and his manager know I wouldn’t sign any more paperwork and I was ready to go, I had been here with my 3 year old daughter for almost 4 hours at this point. I asked for them to shred the papers I signed and if I could see them being shredded, they told me that its done & they go directly into a lockbox, then showed me a mazda cx-5 that I liked and brought out the same paperwork they said they shredded, marking out the previous car and writing the new vehicle make by it. I asked to sign the paperwork for this car the following morning since my daughter & I were tired and hungry. The MANAGER told me he would mind if I did that since him and his colleague wouldn’t be there the next day. I felt pressured to finish paperwork since they lied about shredding the previous papers and never gave me my key after valuing the trade for it. The next morning I came back to give my down deposit, just for the same manager who told me he’d mind for me to leave since he wouldn’t be there the next day, to shake my hand while I was on the phone. That same day my check engine light came on, I hadn’t even had the vehicle 24 hrs. After leaving a voicemail, they called me saying I have a lifetime warranty on it that they forgot to cover with me since it was so late. The service department looked at it on a thursday and told me they would get back to me on monday to see if the part was there or not. I had to call them for 2 weeks to finally get an answer. It was $194 after it was “fixed”, so that lifetime warranty that had $100 deductible was a lie. I asked for copies of the warranty and they told me their system was down and couldn’t print anything. I gave them my email and still haven’t received anything. The same day they fixed my car the check engine light came back on, after arguing with them to diagnose it for free since it was never truly fixed, they told me the code is the same as last time and sent me off with a rental car. The jeep grand cherokee they gave me had a steering wheel and brakes that shook when you got up to 70 mph; the check engine light came on within 4 days of me having it. When I got my SUV back they told me it would be $423 if I wanted it fixed, once again that lifetime warranty was a lie. This dealership will waste your time and money, my family and friends won’t be going here after hearing about my experience. I feel like they saw I was a young single mom and took advantage just to make a sale. No common courtesy or consideration. More
