I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this dealership. I drove all the way from NJ to Indiana to pick up a used vehicle, and from the start, things went downhill. During a FaceTime call, the sales representative Jay failed to show me several scratches on the car and neglected to mention that the interior seat belt holders were missing. After I drove 20 miles away from the dealership, a brake warning light appeared on the dashboard. When I reached out to the dealership for assistance, they were completely unhelpful. I had no choice but to take the car to a Chevrolet dealership in NJ, where I had to spend around $700 to fix the brakes and sensors. This dealership’s customer service is absolutely horrible, and they seem to have no regard for the condition of the vehicles they sell. Beware of these scam artists! More
