I bought a Equinox 2014 that they say is worth over 14,000. I am very disappointed in the fact that this dealership is so large, that they would even have junk cars, or would want their name associated with band vehicles that have so many mechanical problems, not to say the sale representatives that sell the cars. I would like to say when I came in I asked to see other cars and Chris Nigh told me that he already got this vehicle finance, in he didn't allow me to explore other cars, when I questioned any sounds on the car he assured me that it was normal, and the car was in sound mind. I noticed that the wheels felt ( still does) as if they're going to fall off, I have several major leaks ( after getting it inspected) , the engine is extra loud and people can hear me coming, my key doesn't unlock, lock, or open the truck ( just one day and it stopped). I reported my issues to Chris Nigh a few days later, think the sounds and the wheels problem will pass, he just sent me a text back saying " sorry Ma'am." I sent a notice through the Tom woods, haven't heard anything back, called today, only left a voicemail and no response. Chris Nigh showed me the car fax after I signed the paperwork, then said "It's as is, if you split the car in half on your way home , you own two vehicles." Basically I'm screwed. For a 14,000 vehicle you shouldn't have major car repairs that might as well over secede the price of the vehicle at a large dealership.

The gentleman that was assigned to help me was doing all he could. The other gentleman that was staffed behind the counter was not assisting him whatsoever or very little at the most. Therefore, the gentleman that was helping me was taking phone calls, and doing other odds and ends, which intern delayed my billing process. I want to make sure I made that clear.
