I never did get this call. A customer should never have the run around that I have gotten with this whole experience. When I picked my vehicle up I was assured that the vehicle would be fine to drive until it was sent over to another dealership to address the transmission issues. Again I was on an interstate with my children.. The transmission decided it wasn't going to shift any more. So now I have a vehicle I STILL can't drive...
