We’re sorry you weren't satisfied with your experience with us, Tribefan911. However, we feel that we have worked to resolve this situation to the best of our ability. The vehicle we sold, a 2004 Ford Mustang, was sold on an AS-IS basis; it didn't qualify for a warranty based on age. We inspected the vehicle and all the safety items were addressed and repaired. You had asked for a touch up on the front bumper and for the inside of the convertible top to be repaired. We knew that this was going to take some time, so we provided a new Mustang convertible for you to drive -at no cost to you- while we repaired your vehicle. After the Collision Center looked at what was supposed to be a quick touch up, they advised us that we would need to replace the entire bumper. We did that free of charge. We also advised that we would apply a powertrain warranty for one year because the salesperson mistakenly stated that it had one. We knew that you weren't happy, so we offered to take the car back- twice. We were then informed by the lender that they needed additional information, which was not provided. We have since retrieved our car and refunded the cash portion of your down payment. Once your check clears, we will refund that as well. Again, we apologize that you weren't satisfied with your vehicle purchase, but please know that we worked in good faith to try to make it right.
