Refused Service REFUSED SERVICE! About a year ago we took our 2015 Ford Edge to the dealership for it's first oil change. It was stolen from the lot with the keys i REFUSED SERVICE! About a year ago we took our 2015 Ford Edge to the dealership for it's first oil change. It was stolen from the lot with the keys in it as was their policy after service. We then purchased a 2016 Ford Edge from Tom Wood Ford. We called today for its first oil change after multiple emails asking us to come in for service. When we called for an appointment the service tech refused to service the vehicle we purchased from them. He said it's because we wrote a negative review after our vehicle was stolen. We keep receiving email from Tom Wood Ford to come in for service, but now they don't want us unless we apologize for being critical about them allowing our car to be stolen while we waited during an oil change. We had a very good salesman and enjoy our vehicle. Guess we need to find a new dealership. Always had good experiences before this incident, but it appears if you find fault with them, they don't want you around. More

Tom Kashman. Stood by his good word. A couple years ago the air suspension compressor on my Expedition broke and needed replacing. I recall that Tom Wood's service department did a good A couple years ago the air suspension compressor on my Expedition broke and needed replacing. I recall that Tom Wood's service department did a good job of completing the work back then. Fast forward to a couple months ago,.. that same part broke again. While this is incredibly frustrating, I contacted Tom Wood's service department and spoke with Service Manager Tom Kashman. Since it was clearly a failure of the same part, Tom K. told me that Tom Wood would cover the new part/repair. This is apparently a unique coverage from Tom Wood, since standard Ford warranty on the earlier repair had expired. I no longer live near Indianapolis, so it was impossible for me to bring in my vehicle. I had the work done at a more local dealership to me. After shuffling invoices on to Tom, I eventually was reimbursed for the full amount of the second repair. Tom was a man of his word. I would rather not have had to fix the air suspension in the first and then second place, but at least I am left feeling less frustrated, and respected and valued as a customer by Tom Wood Ford. Thank you Tom Kashman. I highly recommend your service department and appreciate your honesty. More

No communication Bought a vehicle on line. Talked to salesman and stated would take vehicle and we are on our way. Which was over an hour away. Of course nothing was Bought a vehicle on line. Realized didn't receive keyless access code to the door, called back and was told it would be $60 for them to get that for us. More

Horrible experience! My husband and I bought a 2012 ford fusion sport from Tom Wood. We love the car but have had nothing but trouble since. About a month after buying, we My husband and I bought a 2012 ford fusion sport from Tom Wood. We love the car but have had nothing but trouble since. About a month after buying, we had several storms and we noticed the windshield wipers were not working properly. We took it back in and they didn't want to fix them since it had been a month. They finally relented and fixed them, but a day later we noticed the sun roof had quit opening. Took it back, and they had accidentally unhooked a connection. When we returned to pick it up, they had scratched a portion of the tint off the front windshield that we had to go through the hassle of fixing. Recently the car got a flat. We purchased the tire protection so my husband to it in to get it fix for free- great. When he picked up the car Monday the rim was all scratched up and now we have to find a time to take it back so the can fix that, but only because we had taken a before picture on our phones! Bottom line- you'll never be in this place just once. Never had trouble with the showroom staff but the service center is horrible and a pain. I will not buy from here again, and the only reason I take our car there to be fixed is because of the warranty. Be very wary of this place. Horrible service and rude staff. Be sure to take before and after pictures of the part they are fixing like we did, or they won't fix it! Now they refuse to fix the windshield wipers that are still not working because I posted a bad review on Yelp. Horrible immature way to run a business. Tom the service manager is like dealing with a 12 year old boy. More
