New truck purchase Lies, so tired of lies. Went to look at new 1500, I told them other Dealerships had 17% off, Justin told me he'd give me 24% off. Told them come up wi Lies, so tired of lies. Told them come up with some numbers and call me. 10 days later I called them, ask if they forgot about me. They said Bill will take care of you. Talked to Bill, said he would get some figures together and put it out there and he would call me Monday before noon. Needless to say I called them again on Thursday, Couldn't talk to Bill but was told he would call me back before quitting time. No calls. I called again a couple days later, they said they had a deal for me. Well, I asked what happened to 24% off? he said they have 17% off. I said I heard this morning on radio Tom Tepe is giving $10,000 off sticker price. He said that was an old ad and they forgot to take it off radio, it was last month's ad. I said I started this last month and no one told me about it. Anyhow, they have a xxxxxxxx deal for me, nothing to the good for me, and no negotiation at all. Another week goes by and I here 20% off again at Tom Tepe. I go in and talk to Ron, again, they have no negotiations for me and no 20% off. And they had me down for 8.79% interest rate...xxx...I just bought a New 2500 Silverado from them 8 months ago, Sticker $51,000. They wanted to give me $35,000 trade. LOL If you deal with them, get the numbers and know what you're paying. Don't go by the payment. They will get your payment down but will not lower price, they just add months on to your contract. Very disappointed this time around, was treated like xxxx. I will not recommend them anymore. More

I found the best deal and the friendliest salesman at Tom Tepe and purchased my new truck. It was easy, fun, and they even gave me a better interest rate than any of the other dealers offered. Hands down the best experience I have ever had. I wouldn't hesistate to reccommend Tom Tepe to anyone shopping for a new Chevy. More
Wanted a pickup truck, found one and after much dickering bought a new Chevy 1500. Was unsure because of price, but they looked up the pay-off online and we finally agreed and signed the papers. Next day they said the pay-off was over $1400 more that I would have to come up with. My wife told the guy that it was his fault and he got very belligerent and said it was all our fault. I had bought the truck I traded in from them, and a couple years earlier a new Buick Lucerne also. Needless to say, I will never return to that dealership, even to get the free oil change a new vehicle comes with. More
I was lied to by Walt Enneking at Tom Tepe Chevrolet on a used 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt. He told me the car was a GREAT car and had been maintained very well, since it belonged to one of his fellow employees mo used 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt. He told me the car was a GREAT car and had been maintained very well, since it belonged to one of his fellow employees mother for the last 3 years & nothing had ever happened to it. He also invited me to his house to drink with him and sit by his pond, knowing that I was married. After getting ripped off on the price and driving the car home the transmassion went out, the motor light came on, the brakes lock up on it if u barely hit them, and there are many more problems. When I asked him for a carfax he said he would get me one but never did, now I know why. I bought a carfax and found out the car was a rental car for the first 30,000 miles of its life, and in November of 2011 it hit a embankment and totaled the front end,badly enough that it had to be towed. now im stuck with a car worth half its value because it was a rental and has been wrecked and repaired poorly, the paint doesnt match on the front half of the car and is starting to flake off, I would never recommend anybody go to this dealership and I will never go back after this experience.All Walt had to do was be honest but I guess that was to much to ask. It shows what kind of person he is. More
