I have never had a sales rep. return my calls & e-mails like Ray did. He went way out of his way to show me the Lincoln Navigator that I purchased. I told him, the color didn't look that great and I didn't want to drive that far to see something I was sure I wouldn't like, plus my daughter was getting married on the weekend and I was to busy. He met me about half way and when I seen that car coming toward me I thought aw oh, this is gorgeous. I know he would have rather been home with his family but he took the time to meet us show us all about the vehicle let me drive it and never ever rushed us. He wasn't pushy, just very kind and considerate. I told him if I didn't like it I would not waste his time, but it was beautiful and more of a car than I ever thought I wanted or needed. I love Navigators, this is #5 for me. But a lot of stuff to learn and Ray said I could still call or e-mail him with any questions. I am not sure about the service dept yet, I am going to take the Navigator back for a automatic start today, but if they are like everyone else in the dealership I am 100% sure I will be thrilled.I think we met everyone that was working Wed. evening and everyone was so pleasant to help. And Bob the manager was so much fun to work with to. They wanted to make us happy and for us to be able to have the care he helped with all different ways to finance and everything was right out before us. And even as far as the Finance guy AJ. Everyone had to stay late because we were there until about 9:30 and they close at 8:00. When I am ready to trade, cannot imagine it being very soon, with that vehicle I wouldn't think of going anyplace else. Everyone loves thier job and it must be an awesome place to work. Because they are all happy friendly and the dealership was clean. I cannot say enough about the people. Mr Roush you know how to run a business and sell cars. You make the employees happy to stay as long as yours have and that in turn pours over to all of us customers where we want to buy a vehicle and want to come back to visit. I wish we were closer so I could have all my services done there. Our home town dealership is nothing like yours no one is friendly or helpful. Thanks again and we will see you again. Original sales person we had delt with, Jack Cummings, had retired. Tommy Roush, with whom I had talked with on previous visits, said that Brent Cassady was taking care of Jack's customers. I called Brent and we set up an appointment when I brought my 1999 Protege up for an oli change. Brent and I talked and I drove two new Mazda 3s. He said to take one home to let my wife experience it. When we returned it the next day he gave me a price on the new 3. We discussed it, my wiffe and I discussed, we countered a tad lower, Brent verified the deal and it happened. Why would I recommend Tom Roush Mazda? Three words: Service, Friendliness and Professionalim. The service department is excellent ahd nas been ever since we started taking the Protoege to them about 11 years ago. The entire staff is friendly - but not pushy. They are consumate professionals - and respect each other and work with each other. The sales staff does not try to "steal" a customer from another person - even if the original sales person had retired - they are referred to an associate of the original person who has been taking care of those customers. I guess I could also say lack of pressure to buy or have a particular service done. The facts are presented to you and you are allowed to make up your own mind. Overall the dealings we have had with them have been both professional and friendly. A very comfortable place to do business. More

Your dealership has always been customer friendly. Stan did an excellent job making sure that all my concerns were addressed. He was very diligent in finding a solution to my car's problem. Thank goodness it was covered without having to incur a deductible. I had to put NA for quality of work as I don't have the car back yet. I liked that we were allowed to drive the vehicle home for a night that we were interested in. We live in Anderson so we were able to drive on the interstate & around the city so we got a decent feel of for a night that we were interested in.
