The girl at check in was extremely friendly and efficient. She told me that I stopped in while the guys were at lunch but she would try to work me in and have it done as quickly as she could. As usual, service department is very cooperative and customer friendly. First visit was to look at damaged mirror and determine the scope of the damage, then order the appropriate part(s). This was my first service visit to Tom Roush. I did not have an appointment, but that was not a problem. I explained to Brian that I was having some issues with my SYNC and he did a great job of explaining have an appointment, but that was not a problem. The only thing that I would recommend is going over the service done to the car. I previously owned a Ford Explorer and the dealership that I had it serviced would go over the service being completed. More

I have always returned to the dealership for all my repairs and upkeep to my 2005 Mazda -6. The work has always been timely and efficent and reasonably priced for the majority of the work. The quality of the work is one of the reasons I just turned over 200,000 miles on my car i believe. When the time comes, I will be back for another Mazda at Tom Roush. More
