I went into Tom Roush for a scheduled oild change, and for them to look at a problem with my passenger airbag occasionally not turning on when someone was sitting in the passenger seat. The staff was very friendly and informative, and while they completed the oil change, they could not get the airbag to replicate the problem I was having and recommended if it happened again I come in before turning the car off. Overall I was pleased with the work, as I cannot blame them for the airbag not showing the problem. More
Took my '06 Lincoln Zephyr there due to apparent loss of braking power. After a thorough test drive it was determined that a panic stop earlier in the day, combined with hitting a rough spot in the road of braking power. After a thorough test drive it was determined that a panic stop earlier in the day, combined with hitting a rough spot in the road, had caused a temporary (but not uncommon) condition. They assured me that nothing further was needed, and that the braking power would return to normal, which it did. There was no charge for their time and test drive, and that's just another reason I always take this car to Roush. More

When i checked in I asked if any other MKZ owners had reported any problems with the radio, mine was acting funny with it seeming to 'skip' on occasion. I was in and out a lot faster this time. Was told that my paint that I thought was still under warranty was not because the spoiler in which I have paint coming off was put on after it got to you from the factory. We have worked with Darryl before and we were so satisfied that we returned.
