Jim Hedges was so patient with me it was unbelievable. I started looking for a car in May and did not buy until October! This was the first time I had ever shopped for a car. I felt like he was watching out for me like he would watch out for his mother! Everyone at the dealership was so friendly and kind. I was at the dealership for an hour. They did my car's oil change and rotated the tires. I prefer coming to Tom Roush for service because of the great discounts I receive as a VIP member. From the moment I place my call, to the moment I check out at the payment window, I am treated as family. I have never once been made to feel like I'm just another number of nameless face. I had to come back to the Dealership 3 times ,a bad speaker I could understand but bad O2 sensor.bad brakes and rotors is unacceptable. When I had the car less than a month and was told I have to pay a speaker I could understand but bad O2 sensor.bad brakes and rotors is unacceptable. When I had the car less than a month and was told I have to pay a $100.00 deductible. I complained of the O2 sensor twice but it was reset then the service light continued to come on and I had autozone reset it every other day , the car would shake every time it drove on the highway and when I brake. It was very inconvenient to have to drive out there more than 3 times considering its a 30 minute. I was supposed to have a person drop my car off and pick up the rental because he stays close to me, well even though he had my car I didn't get it back that night cause he says his phone died and when I picked it up he insisted that he put gas in it but I had filled up prior to going out there and my tank was full upon arrival when I left my tank was right above a quarter of a tank More
My experience with Tom Roush Mazda was very pleasant and helpful. I worked with Tre Varnado who took the time to answer all my questions and showed patience as I worked through my indecisiveness until I kn helpful. I stopped in on a Wednesday for a oil change and tire rotation. Didn't have a reservation and they were very busy. They were able to work me in and said it would be an hour or more wait.
