Well satisfied! This was my first visit to Tom Roush. I'd seen the good reviews and was wanting to test drive a Mazda 3 & CX-3. While I was wandering around the lot This was my first visit to Tom Roush. I'd seen the good reviews and was wanting to test drive a Mazda 3 & CX-3. While I was wandering around the lot, Daryl Cox asked me what I was interested in & was very accommodating in finding the vehicles I was interested in driving. After the test drives, our negotiation was fair and low pressure. AJ Roush was easy to work with in finance and sales manager Jim Skinner was a pleasure to deal with also. Very happy with the entire experience and I look forward to a great experience with my Mazda CX-3. More

Unacceptable helping customers I'm pissed I just purchased a F-150 5 2116 they camouflaged it to make it seem as to be a good truck its a 2004 after driving it for a week finds out that it nee I just purchased a F-150 5 2116 they camouflaged it to make it seem as to be a good truck its a 2004 after driving it for a week finds out that it needs a new engine I have had the truck for 3 weeks and they are not trying to help me at all they tell me well it's my problem now I can understand that I bought it as is but with no help no assistance and not even trying that's very unprofessional yes I'm highly pissed off it needs an engine for 7500 and 14000 into the truck More
