Because I live in St. Louis, Missouri, these young men went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was comfortable in buying their Lincoln Navigator. There was No Lying , No Games, and definitely, No back and forth. The price was in my budget and they deliver the car to be on Saturday, July 29 , as promised... In short, Ray continue to check on me even after the delivery.. What an amazing first time experience (buying a car from another state). I would do it again with these guys. So if you are looking to purchase a car and you live in another state, purchase from these guys, they will make you feel right at home.. More

Painless experience at Tom Roush Tom Redmon was my sales guy. We connected immediately and worked through my car deal. Due to a glitch, the car I went to look at was unavailable for a Tom Redmon was my sales guy. We connected immediately and worked through my car deal. The reason I always go back is because they are even more interested in developing a personal relationship with their customers than just moving another car. I HACE always had them do all Service on my cars and their service department is second to none. They know their customers by name and have always done everything to make me happy with the car and the service. In my 52 y3ars of driving, this is my 38th car, so I have plenty of experience with car dealers and service departments. No dealer has ever come close to the integrity and quality of service I receive at Tom Roush Mazda. 11 of my 38 cars have been purchased from Roush, so their integrity and customer service isn't just a stroke of luck, but the business model which they treat their customers. You won't be disappointed doing business with Roush. More

We had looked at several comparable vehicles but I hadn't found what I felt was the right one until I checked out a 2014 Ford Focus at Roush's East Washington lot. It drove great and was super clean.
