Experience Exceeded Our Expectations Our experience started online while doing research on potential cars to drive/purchase. We were immediately contacted by an online sales person who connected us with a sales professional. We corresponded and set up a time for a test drive within the week. Once we arrived at the dealership, we were immediately greeted by our sales professional, Alan, who had our test drive car ready and waiting. Alan was excellent. He listened, answered our questions thoroughly and didn’t push anything on us. We left the dealership within an hour of our test drive with an outstanding offer on our trade in vehicle, a very fair price with all incentives they could find that applied and no pressure to buy on the spot. We test drove other vehicles at other dealers the same day and decided to buy the 2019 Lincoln MKZ Hybrid we drove at Tom Roush. When we informed Alan we were on our way back to buy the vehicle, he had it ready and waiting for us to take home when we got back to the dealership. The closing/payment process was seamless.
