I had forgotten to make a service appointment ( Tom Roush Lincoln is my preferred dealer and provides excellent sales and service for Lincoln owners. I had forgotten to make a service appointment (but it is easy to do by phone or online, if preferred). Even without an appointment, the service manager was still able to get my Lincoln on the schedule and serviced the same day. (I’d recommend having an appointment because that makes it easier for Roush to see that everyone get the service they need). The service I requested was going to take several hours so the service manager offered to drive me home and pick me up. That was a great time saver and convenience. Thank you Tom Roush! On other occasions for service repairs, Tom Roush provided a loaner car. The service work is top quality and the service manager keeps the client very well informed about the repairs. I have used both the location off of Rt US 31 N in Westfield and off of Rt 37 in Fisher. Both locations are great, clean, and bright. I’ll be buying my next Lincoln at Tom Roush and until then they will always service my current one. More

My husband and I came in 45 minutes before closing on a Saturday to test drive a new MKZ .Marko Gruber was more than helpful in giving me the knowledge I needed to decide which car I liked (I test drove 3 different models). He was patient and professional, even though it was way past closing time. He, Mark and Michelle stayed to get the paperwork completed so that I could drive my new car home. Marko even came to my place of employment on Monday to pick my car up, to have it cleaned, since the detail team had already gone home, gave me a new loaner to drive and brought my car back to me. What a great team!! This was the smoothest car buying experience that we've ever experienced. Mark and Marko answered all of our questions and made us feel comfortable during the process.
