This is my 1st time as a Lincoln owner, and the service was great! Recall, oil change, dent removed, and new FOB purchased. Delivered a courtesy vehicle to my house and kept my car for the day to get all was great! Recall, oil change, dent removed, and new FOB purchased. Delivered a courtesy vehicle to my house and kept my car for the day to get all done. The parts for the recall were possibly on back order I was told when I set up the appt but they were able to get them in so I did not have to come back. Little car ding was removed and I cannot tell where it was. Definitely more accommodating than most dealership service centers. More
Our reception started off a little bumpy, it was our first time . When we arrived at the service door their was a empty car parked in front of the door to the left.
