Sonya took great care of my vehicle, she made sure everything I needed to take care of was done. Even thought I dropped off my car and had to work , she made sure I was kept in contact through the who everything I needed to take care of was done. They absolutely suck at communication. I understand they have other cars to work on but they never gave me a definite answer on how long it was going to take. So I never got a rental bc supposedly it would have other cars to work on but they never gave me a definite answer on how long it was going to take. So I never got a rental bc supposedly it would be done the next morning. And now I’m stuck using an old car with no a/c and my son is drenched in sweat or I have to ask for a ride to work and sometimes I don’t even have a ride. I am absolutely frustrated and annoyed. I never write reviews but I’m so upset with a Nissan. And they don’t even provide a rental. Last time I’m ever getting a vehicle with them. I’ll definitely won’t have friends or family either. More
