Tom Peacock Nissan left much to be desired. It felt more like a brokerage than a dealership genuinely connected to the Nissan brand. The sales team didn’t seem knowledgeable about the cars they were selling. When I asked specific questions about features and differences between models, they couldn’t provide clear answers, which showed me that cars aren’t their focus—profit is. Additionally, it seems this dealership is accustomed to taking advantage of customers who may not be fluent in English or fully familiar with the documentation. Their tactics are clearly designed to exploit trust, but they crossed the wrong person today. This dealership lacks the connection, transparency, and integrity expected from a Nissan representative. For a fair, professional experience that prioritizes customer satisfaction, look elsewhere. if you noticed they left out their head shot photos on this site, other dealers are glad to show their faces. This alone will make one question their gestures. They don't even seem to have all their employees/sales agent listed here. They immediately destroyed the window sticker that advertised the car’s original pricing, claiming it was part of their “prep.” Instead of filing it with my records for transparency, they removed a critical piece of documentation that would have clarified the vehicle’s value. This kind of deliberate action, seemingly aimed at inflating prices and obscuring their lack of transparency, is both concerning and unethical. Tom Peacock Nissan is a textbook example of what happens when a dealership strays from its purpose: selling cars and building trust with customers. My experience here revealed not just inefficiency but a calculated approach to maximize profits at the expense of transparency, trust, and customer satisfaction. This isn’t just a performance issue—it’s a pattern of predatory practices disguised as professionalism. More
