I brought my car in for a follow up appointment because of the oil leak. I was there for 5 hours while they fixed my car. My experience was not so fabulous. First, my salesman never told us his name or asked mine. Only learned his from the desk nameplate and he learned mine from the application. I came looking for a specific car seen online, but decided on another one. They were busy, so it was a long wait for finance. Finance manager was nice, but was printing paperwork and preparing me to sign before I even knew the rate, terms, or financing company. On paperwork...my address was wrong, they'd given me a generic email address(which he said the salesman did) and the "We Owe" items weren't relayed. And something I've never seen...when I picked up plates and registration, the sales price of car reported to the DMV was not the sales price on my contract. I called questioning it, but no one had a clear answer. Sounds fraudulent to me! Definitely filing a complaint. In the end, I got a good 1st car for my daughter. But I'll never buy from them again. More
Customer service Sonya Gordon great, did f/u when part wasn’t not in stock.
