This response from Tom Peacock is a complete joke. I stated in my review that this “comment” that they wanted to follow up was a lie. I have left MULTIPLE voicemails and emails that have all gone completely unanswered. So if you want to actually talk to me you have my info on file. Which I can pretty much guarantee that this won’t ever happen. They could have responded to my many messages to this point. It’s just a comment for show that that “made an effort” without actually doing so. They have no intention of speaking to a customer. Amazing how they are all unavailable ALL the time when you reach out to them!!
