Always a good experience. Over quite a few years, if my car needs an expensive repair, the technician has on occasion suggested a less expensive way to handle the issue. Sometimes my car needs a particular repair and there's no way around it. But I have really appreciated the fact that I have definitely seen behavior that shows that the technician/dealer isn't trying to just take my money. This goes a long long way in building my trust with this dealership. More

I took my 2021 Toyota Highlander in for its normal service. Several weeks after that appointment I notice a pulse when breaking on the highway. I set up a 2nd appointment and they told me the front r service. Several weeks after that appointment I notice a pulse when breaking on the highway. I set up a 2nd appointment and they told me the front rotors was bad due to hard breaking and riding my break. Which I do not do either. I car was at 24772 on miles and 27 months. The dealership was not offering any help. I sent an email to Mike Pappas without any acknowledgement. I the called the Toyota hot line and set up a COMPLANT. They agreed with me that it was interesting, that the dealership just inspected the car, and everything appeared to be ok. How did the rotor go bad in two weeks. Toyota corp. is going to reimburse me for the entire cost. This is my 2nd lease and maybe my last due to not feeling the dealership was going to offer and assistance. More

Summary of the rating is that eventually the team fixed my vehicle but it took a long time (over 2 weeks total, and the repair estimate was 8-10 hours) with poor communication and a few bumps along the way my vehicle but it took a long time (over 2 weeks total, and the repair estimate was 8-10 hours) with poor communication and a few bumps along the way. I can say based on my experience this dealer’s service team will try to make sure all of your issues are taken care of when performing a repair, assuming you push back on things that don’t quite make sense. Can’t say that I’d recommend them but I do feel that if you choose them they will perform honest work and the people are very nice. More
