Tom Pappas Toyota - Service Center

I bought 2 cars from there and also have service performed on both vehicles there. I would rather have technicians trained to work on my vehicles than non qualified individuals like some of the chai performed on both vehicles there. Sales and Finance departments were both very helpful during the purchase of both vehciles. More

Probably ok to purchase a new car from ... DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT have them perform ANY service. Have had numerous issues that service department has not been able to resolve. Mechanics are unreliable and service department does not to work with you. They are not about saving the customer money. When you have a toyota that has a recall, they do not fix the recalls nor do they to work with you. They are not about saving the customer money. When you have a toyota that has a recall, they do not fix the recalls nor do they tell you your vehicle had a recall. They fix a partial problem and then try to tell you that you were at fault and not the mechanic. They do not want to own up to their mistakes. They treat the customer as if they were an idiot! I would not recommend this dealer ship to anyone! More
