I enjoy taking my car for service at Pappas. Everyone is friendly, they treat me with respect and like family, and I appreciate that so much. Pat and Trudy were both genuinely caring and funny. It seems they like their jobs, which is another reason I take my car there! Who wants to go into any business and deal with someone who is already miserable!? Not an issue at Pappas. With Pappas's help, my car is hanging on with 117k miles. I feel like they are honest with me, and as a woman in her 50s, that peace of mind is priceless. Thanks! More
I came in for a 10k service and a battery check and was completely satisfied with the service. I bought my 2008 Haighlander here and I Have been using the servcice center for both my 99 Camery and the Highlander for approx. 5 yrs. I have always been well taken care of. Example when I firse bought th the servcice center for both my 99 Camery and the Highlander for approx. 5 yrs. I have always been well taken care of. Example when I firse bought the Highlander I was offered a free tire replacement plan. My Tires lasted longer than the free plan. When they finley did ware out I took them in and your Agent Gino Micaleff. Went to bat for me with the head Service Agent and my tires were replaced to my satisfaction. I am a happy customer. I went in for a routine oil change today. The nice people in the service garage took care of me right away. The waiting room was very comfortable (free coffee! the liquid cream is a nice touch too!) and the in the service garage took care of me right away. Been returning to Pappas for all our service for past 4-5 years since purchased our camry hybrid (which we love) from them. Service is excellent and they will match any service price in the area. We had an older used Highlander which we now also bring to Pappas for service b/c of the excellent experience. I always try to seek out Gino for my service advisor because he is friendly, thorough and follows through on all issues until resolution. More
Very polite and timely. Pleasant surprise, most of the work was covered by warranty. They have manicurist which I find is a nice added touch and a pleasant customer waiting room. Vehicle was picked up at owners residence by Jim Null, owner's nephew, and taken in for service due to recall notice for a couple of items. Serviced by Pat Ragan on recall items and then checked and foun owner's nephew, and taken in for service due to recall notice for a couple of items. Serviced by Pat Ragan on recall items and then checked and found a couple of minor items that were in need of repair and will be taken care of by owner. After service, veehicle returned to owner's residence. Now that's service!!!!!! More
