Pappas installed the wrong type of after-market leather after buying a new Sienna. They first offered us a bug shield to make up for it. A bug shield! I then negotiated an extended warranty that include after buying a new Sienna. They first offered us a bug shield to make up for it. A bug shield! I then negotiated an extended warranty that included a exterior clear coat. They provided the clear coat but then renigged on the deal for the extended warranty. They claim that they never made such a promise. I'm now stuck with leather that I didn't order on a 33k minivan. More

The salesman was fantastic. You could tell he wanted to work with us to purchase our car. The new car was for my wife, and he listened to her and found her new dream car he did a remarkable job. Stay away from Gino and the service dept. where he "operates." His sales antics are condoned and the customer be damned. I learned a costly lesson and will NEVER go back. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealer over the last 20 years, and have always been very satisfied with the service and the sales department. Recently leased a new Prius, and was very pleased the last 20 years, and have always been very satisfied with the service and the sales department. Recently leased a new Prius, and was very pleased with the way the lease options were explained to me as well as the option to also purchase the vehicle. There was no pressure from my salesperson John, or Mike in the finance department. They made sure I was well educated on both options. I have had the car in for oil changes and the regular maintenance, and have been treated with respect and courtesy by everyone in the service department. Would (and have) sent friends and family to see the great people at Pappas. More
I bought 2 cars from there and also have service performed on both vehicles there. I would rather have technicians trained to work on my vehicles than non qualified individuals like some of the chai performed on both vehicles there.
