Service today was especially good. I have been using this dealer since I purchased my Toyota. Earlier experiences (last year) actually left something to be desired. Today, however the service rep walked my around the car to inspect it prior to service. This was the first time I have had that experience in 4-5 years I have used this company. I find pappas toyota to be a friendly dealer to work with and the personnel there to be very accomodating. Any service work I've had done there ha been very satisfactory. Being met by and working with Nick Yuede was a real treat ... then a brief conversation with Angelo Bezzole and I knew I was in the right place... finishing up in the last stages of the deal with a super nice gentleman (apologize for not remembering his name) in the "paperwork department" made sure we had all the necessary paperwork we needed before traveling back to Quincy Illinois... once the apaperwork was finished Nick introduced me to Eric Schmidt the delivery specialist who put the icing on the cake .. man this guy knows his stuff ! .. Having been in the car business for 30+ years and being a car dealer/owner operator, I'm not easily impressed .. HOWEVER, the people who handled my deal were truthful, honest, sincere, and took great pride in making sure I was handled with the best of care... I will be overjoyed to pass the name of this dealership to my friends and family.. Mark Garner was extremely responsive, providing accurate information and timely updates. (No "pressure" selling.) Robert Holiday was quick and thorough in working through the finance process and paperwork, answering any questions I had. Chrissy Davis was great in explaining the features of my new car...lots of enthusiasm and patience in answering all of my questions. I didn't note the receptionist's name; however, I do want to mention that she was friendly and helpful both times that I visited the dealership. It is evident that "excellent customer service" is this dealership's guiding principle. More

We went there loooking for a new car, and was given a good deal on a Corolla. Was working with several differant people to buy a new 2012 Camry XLE with leather and navigation. Spoke on the phone with them multiple times thru out the time we were negotiating over the phone. Each time I spoke with them I asked to make sure that the car was equipped with the options I was looking for. After speaking with them and paying $100 down to hold said vehicle we drove 2 vehicles about 40 minutes to their dealership to complete the transaction. When we arrived and went to inspect the vehicle we were quite surpised to find that it was not what we had asked for. We never spoke to the manager and after way to much time someone came out to inspect vehicles that we had brought in for trade and to my oppinion was very rude. I would not reccommed trying to work with this dealership and believe that they are unable to listen to simple requests. No one but the sales person never tried to make this experience any better which I believe shows bad management. More
I totaled my 2009 Hyundai Sonata and wanted to replace it with another Sonata. My first Sonata was a 2006 and I loved that car. I had been searching for over 2 weeks, mostly in Illinois where I live. I was finding nothing in my price range and thought I would have to go to an Elantra which I didn't want to do. I found Jessica on Craigs List and was thrilled to find she worked out a Dealership. I found just the car I wanted. It was perfect, the Sales Staff were great and I cannot say enough about Jessica. I have been telling everyone that St. Peters is not to far to go to great service, a wonderful car and kind and respectful people. I loved working with the ladies as my previous experience with salesmen had not been good. At Tom Pappas I was treated with respect and dignity. Thanks to everyone there for all they did for me. More
Mark Garner is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He does the homework for me, and is trustworthy. I hope he remains at Pappas, as their service folks, parts department, and even the cashier are knowledgeable and friendly. Pappas does not oversell their product. I visit Mark whenever I come in, and he always says Hi Pat! without any advance notice. My son, daughter-in-law, daughter, wife, and myself all own Toyota's. Pat Holden More
