My husband Lee and I have purchased at least seven new Toyota's from Tom Pappas. I have never liked the back and forth between sales and my husband, so knowing that, I just sit back and try to ignore that Toyota's from Tom Pappas. I have never liked the back and forth between sales and my husband, so knowing that, I just sit back and try to ignore that whole procedure. Because Toyota's require very little maintainence, we usually took them to a local mechanic for service. Shortly after I had new tires put on my 2009 Camry, I began to sense that this mechanic was not honest. In November I took the Camry into Pappas because they were offering a special. I was very pleased with their work and the fact that Bryan took time to listen to my frustrations. After that Lee brought his FJ Cruiser in for service and was also very pleased that Pappas replaced some items that the other mechanic never mentioned. The Camry was a good car but stepping into it after I had a Highlander was not a good idea. Because the Camry sets lower, I was constantly running over curbs and took out the side of a women's vehicle while turning into a parking space. I had met and talked with Jessica Vargas at one point and was most impressed with how knowledgeable she was about the Toyota product. I had decided that she was who I wanted to work with if I bought another Highlander. Then I spotted the RAV4 and......... Last week we picked up our new 2011 RAV4 from Jessica. She is outstanding, along with Chrissie and Eric, the Delivery Specialists, who went through every detail on the RAV4. What a great idea these Delivery Specialists are! The whole purchase process was outstanding. More
Jessica Vargas is one of the most professional individuals I have ever had the pleasure of working with on the purchase of a car. She and Pappas Toyota found and secured my black 2012 Camry SE V-6 from another dealer, rather than trying to "sell" me a car on their lot that I really didn't want. She would not allow me to compromise on my new car! She was very open and honest in our price discussions, making that part of the process totally painless. I knew right away that I was dealing with someone that sincerly wanted to give me a fair deal on a new car. Her product knowledge is exceptional, too! Nobody I spoke with elsewhere knew as much about the 2012 Camry than Jessica did. She was also very comfortable and informed in discussing the lease program alternatives offered by Toyota on their vehicles. Few salespeople really understand leasing to the same degree Jessica does. This is the eighth Toyoata I have owned, but the first I have purchased from Pappas Toyota and Jessica Vargas. I am confident it will not be the last one I purchase from Jessica and Pappas, either. I strongly recommend that anybody in the market for a new or used car contact Jessica so they, too, can have the extraordinary carbuying experience I just had! More

This was my first time going to buy a car from a dealership. I was not sure if they were going to pressure me into get a car they wanted me to have that wasn't for me. I would have never thought that people that deal with everyone xx would be so friendly. I first talked to Ryan Ferguson about geting a car online. He talked to Jamie in the finance department to help me get financed. When it was time to go in to look at cars Mike Pappas was the one who showed me the cars and helped me fine one that I wanted. Mike didn't really know what me and Ryan talked about but that didnt stop him from helping me. Mike never forgot me name or my job he never made me feel rushed it was like talking to an old friend. I know if I have any questions I could call Mike Pappas and he would answer them and if he didnt know the answer he would find out and call me. When the time comes to get a differnt car I know the first person I'm going to call is Mike Pappas. More
This was the best experience I have had buying a vehicle. Sad that I had to go to a Toyota Dealership to buy a Ford vehicle since Ford Dealerships don't seem to want to sell cars. John understood the reason for our visit to the dealership and was exceptionally helpful in showing us a vehicle that we were interested in purchasing in the event ours could not be repaired. Needless to say the car damage (fire) was far greater than expected that resulted in the need to replace it. John was able to handle most of the transaction over the phone far us and got the ball rolling in early afternoon so that by mid-afternoon when we arrived at the dealership the sale was all but completed and we had our new Sienna that evening. In our more than 50 years of buying a new cars this was the most pleasurable new car purchase we have had the pleasure of buying, in spite of the reason for having to purchase it to begin with. I have been a previous customer to the service department prior to our current new car purchase and was always impressed with this dealership's personal attention and cleanliness of work area, waiting area and the sales personnel offices. The knowledge of John and his attention to details is outstanding. I now look forward to coming into the dealership in the future when service is needed. We cannot say enough about John and all of the staff members we had the pleasure of dealing with at this dealership. The Pappas family should know that its interest is well represented by it's caring and courteous staff members. More
Customer service is always a pleasure. Waited for my car in a beautiful waiting area with coffee, bottled water, and fruit. Also have a manicurist on staff. This dealership has bent over backwards to accomodate the needs of me and my family. I have purchased two vehicles from them and am soundly satisfied. When I bring in my new vehicle for service, I am treated like a friend not as just another person who is in their dealership. I am a Soldier in the military and am still cuurently serving. The response I receive from everyone there when I have to stop my vehicle by in uniform, is most appreciative. My college age son needs a vehicle. We plan on purchasing from Tom Pappas. Had I known years ago how awesome this dealership was and how well they treat their customers, over and over again, I would own more Toyotas. The salespeople, support staff and finance personnel are all a class act. My son and I could purchase some vehicle from anywhere. We choose to buy from Pappas. The salesperson whom we have dealt with and has gone out of his way to make us feel at home is Mark Garner. When my time for serving my country militarily, comes to an end (I am planning on retiring in 2 years), I would be proud to work for a dealership of this high of a standard....simply because they care. They care not only for their customers, but also for their coworkers and peers. It is easy to determine by the actions of the oo-workers in thier professional environment. The climate is very positive. It has been my experience as a leader in the military, that personnel respond to positive treatment and by being in a positive atmosphere. I am sold!
