Been returning to Pappas for all our service for past 4-5 years since purchased our camry hybrid (which we love) from them. Service is excellent and they will match any service price in the area. Very polite and timely. Pleasant surprise, most of the work was covered by warranty. They have manicurist which I find is a nice added touch and a pleasant customer waiting room. Vehicle was picked up at owners residence by Jim Null, owner's nephew, and taken in for service due to recall notice for a couple of items. Serviced by Pat Ragan on recall items and then checked and foun owner's nephew, and taken in for service due to recall notice for a couple of items. After service, veehicle returned to owner's residence. Now that's service!!!!!! More

I dealt with Patrick Scogin to obtain parts to repair my luggage rack. Patrick was very helpful and friendly when ordering parts for me and with working with me on a time to install the parts.
