We bought a used Dodge Caliber from Pappa's in November. After two months, we had some sensors go bad. We got it towed to Pappa's. They were quick to give us a quote and quick to get the parts ordered. Emm After two months, we had some sensors go bad. We got it towed to Pappa's. They were quick to give us a quote and quick to get the parts ordered. Emmaly called us daily to give us a status. When the sensors were fixed, we found out that Dodge had an issue where something in the computer needed to be reflashed. Emmaly called the warranty company and Dodge to see if it was covered. Since Dodge had a technical service bulletin out on it, Pappa's fronted the bill for the reflash. They got it towed to a better Dodge place that was a little farther away to make sure it was done right. She called me to give me updates, and never acted frustrated when I called to ask for more information. I wish all service advisors and customer support people were like Emmaly. She was wonderful to work with! We have our car back and it runs great! Emmaly and Tony (the sales associate that we bought from) both called us to follow up and make sure all was well! What a great team! More

Pappas Toyota is a typical car dealer who attempts to screw you both on the price of your new car as well as on your trade. This is the reason I drove 300 miles to Anderson, Indiana and purchased my 2013 Toyota FJ Cruiser TT version from Ed Martin Toyota. At Ed Martin, I bought my car for $300 under invoice( versus $2800 over invoice & then eventually $200 over invoice) and also got $3500 for my trade! So, avoid the game playing, manipulation, and dishonesty at Pappas Toyota and buy your Toyota elsewhere. More
I was involved in a car accident. I was at the dealership to get an estimate of the damage. He was very sincere and assured me that they could take care of the car and the most important thing was that I wasn't hurt. Everytime I have been to Pappas for service I have had great service. We recently purchased a used car for my daughter. After two weeks of driving the car, we found issues that were not disclosed to the dealership on the initial tradein. They took the car back to deal with the undisclosed issues and made us a great deal on a much better used car. The dealership went out of their way to make sure we, as a customer, were treated honestly and fairly. Pappas Toyota stands behind the products they sell (new or used) and always makes sure the customer comes first. They are a great group of people to work with and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to purchase a vehicle. More
I received flier in the mail for service specials and needing wheel alignment I was interested. The flier had a scratch off that would indicated if I would receive a additional discount. My purchasing experience was nothing less than great. Everything the other people expressed in their reviews was right on target as far as my experience with Jessica Vargas and the great team that Pappas Toyta has put together at their dealership. The trade in value for my old vehicles was fair. I had performed my home work and had a pretty accurate view of the value of my old vehicles before I went to the dealership. There wasn't any haggleing on the dealerships behalf over trade in prices. I recieved fair pricing. Jessica was very professional and courteous. Her knowledge of the product line shes sells is very good. She was able to anwser all of my questions with out hessitation. I purchased my first vehicle from Pappas Toyota 4 and a half years ago ( through Jessica ). I have had occasion to have the vehilce serviced at Pappas Toytoa a number of times for scheduled maintenance since that purchase. The serviceing staff at the dealership are knowledgable, professional and courteous. On a recent trip to get a check engine light looked at the service rep was able to resolve the problem, explain what probably occurred and sent my employee away with out a charge, all with in just a few minutes. When I have had my vehicle serviced at Pappas, they kept me informed as to the status of the vehicle, what is needed and the cost associated with what is required. No unexpected surprises ! I now have three Papas Toyota vehicles in my company fleet. The first Toyota I purchased a 2009 Prius 4 is running great, it has 110,000 miles on it ! I will be purchasing more Toyotas from Pappas in the futre as my older vehicles are retired and I will be asking Ms. Vargas for her future assistance in making those purchases. More
