I have to say that Tony made this the most pleasant experience I've had buying a vehicle.. He knew what I was looking for and as soon as it was on the lot he called me and had me come in to take it for experience I've had buying a vehicle.. He knew what I was looking for and as soon as it was on the lot he called me and had me come in to take it for a drive. Tony made going through the credit process and paperwork painless. He was very helpful, very friendly,and very handsome!! It is the most beautiful red truck I've ever seen and I just love driving it! I would recommend him as a salesman to all my friends. More
Beware!!! Dishonest business! Stay away if you do not want to pay twice. I purchased new Michelin tires from Pappas in March 2013. At the time of purchase, they did not make me aware Pappass buy their t want to pay twice. I purchased new Michelin tires from Pappas in March 2013. At the time of purchase, they did not make me aware Pappass buy their tires elsewhere and therefore Toyota will NOT cover road hazard. 6 months later one of my tires was damaged and I contacted Pappass, who said I refused to buy a $40!! road hazard for brand new 4 Michelin tires.. Who would do that?! They just put words in your mouth. Not only nobody offered road hazard to me, they did not make me aware their tires are not under Toyota or any warranty! One of my tires was damaged and I had to buy brand new tire instead of paying $20+ for labor with Toyota road hazard only because Pappas do not care about their customers and even their own business reputation! Stay away!!! More

I was determined to own a PT Cruiser again, having owned two in the past. I searched and researched and found one that I really liked and it was located at Pappas Toyota in St. Peters, Missouri. I inquired two in the past. I searched and researched and found one that I really liked and it was located at Pappas Toyota in St. Peters, Missouri. I inquired about the car and was contacted the next day by Emily. I explained that we lived in Illinois and for us to come to the dealership would mean a 230 mile drive, one way. Based on that, I shared with Emily how much I was willing to give money-wise plus my trade-in vehicle. She relayed my information to Mr. Alex Wallut and he agreed to my wishes. With that in place, we scheduled the day we would drive to St. Peters and hopefully make a trade. The next day we got a call from Nick Yuede to let us know he would be our contact person when we arrived at Pappas. He was actually outside in front of the dealership when we pulled in, as was the PT Cruiser I was hoping to trade for. The deal turned out to be even better than what we were expecting, what a pleasant surprise. Nick Yuede is one of the nicest young men we have had the pleasure of meeting, very polite, respectful, friendly and personable. He made us feel very comfortable and put me completely at ease, which is not easy because I always tend to get really tense during the car trading process. I had initiated and pursued this entire event because I just had to have another PT Cruiser. My husband had no problem with what I wanted or how far we would need to drive to make it happen, he's great about that sort of thing. In the end, Pappas realized that the car they were getting from us was a good one and they were happy with our trade. As for us, I traded down a year, sacrificed quite a few amenities, but ended up with a car I adore. It was a definite win-win for everyone. Nick Yuede and everyone else at the dealership that we had contact with plus the car I got made that drive 100% worthwhile. We would do it again without hesitation........if and when I can part with this PT Cruiser, that is. More

She was very clear and knowledgeable! There wasn't a question we asked, including mechanical, that she wasn't able to answer. All of these employees are an asset to the Pappas dealership. When we made appointment and went to the dealership. Megan still confirmed that on the computer yes the hona odyssey for $9,995 was still available in their inventory. So my husband test drove the vehicle while Megan began the paper work on our financing. When Megan brought out the paper work with the mounthly payment information my husband caught that the price on the contract was $11,999. When my husband asked about why the price went up Megan informed us it was because that was if you paid cash. My husband explained to Megan that the cash sale price was not indicated on their website or on car gurus website. Megan did not give us an answer. We weren't even informed over the many phone calls and emails we recieved. We wish we would of known this before we wasted our time on the 2 hour drive. I know 3 people right now looking to buy new/used cars. I will let them know to stay away from this dealership it is a waste of time and they are dishonest. Because of their dishonesty I am worried about all of our personal information we gave them like social security numbers ect. More
