Price listed online $9,995 for a 2007 Honda Odyssey Megan Prinzi confirmed price on the phone. Even now the price is listed on cargurus.com and pappas toyota.com as $9,995. When we made appointment and went Prinzi confirmed price on the phone. Even now the price is listed on cargurus.com and pappas toyota.com as $9,995. When we made appointment and went to the dealership. Megan still confirmed that on the computer yes the hona odyssey for $9,995 was still available in their inventory. So my husband test drove the vehicle while Megan began the paper work on our financing. When Megan brought out the paper work with the mounthly payment information my husband caught that the price on the contract was $11,999. When my husband asked about why the price went up Megan informed us it was because that was if you paid cash. My husband explained to Megan that the cash sale price was not indicated on their website or on car gurus website. Megan did not give us an answer. We weren't even informed over the many phone calls and emails we recieved. We wish we would of known this before we wasted our time on the 2 hour drive. I know 3 people right now looking to buy new/used cars. I will let them know to stay away from this dealership it is a waste of time and they are dishonest. Because of their dishonesty I am worried about all of our personal information we gave them like social security numbers ect. More
First off I would like to say that Tony Garner is an easy going and a non-pressure sales person and he possess's good product knowledge. I worked with him over a considerable time and he always allowed me to going and a non-pressure sales person and he possess's good product knowledge. I worked with him over a considerable time and he always allowed me to take my time. Now onto the rest of the story which occurred in July of 2013. I recently purchased purchased a used 2013 Toyota FJ cruiser from another dealerhip and discovered it was not the vehilce for me. So, I met with Tony Garner and his appraiser reviewed it and said they would give me $29,000 towards the purchase of a new vehicle. So, I did some testing driving and settled on a 4-Runner. When it came time to deal I selected a 4-Runner that costs $35,259 (MSRP price). So when I got down to bottom dollar numbers with the General Manager, they cut me a deal of $5,000 plus my FJ. That would mean I pay $36,000 for a $35,259 4-Runner. I found this disturbing as I was prepared to pay $3,000 and my FJ (assuming a price reduction of 9% off MSRP). Apparently, my $29,000 FJ lost value all of sudden. When I asked about this they gave me the rationale about their costs to put such a new used vehicle compared to the new FJs. Also, they cited the lack of sales of FJs. I am sure that is true. However, I took the $29,000 I was quoted by Tony as a solid number. Apparently, I was given false information. I did consult with Lou Fusz Toyota and Twin City Toyota and they shot me the real value of my trade up front. They weren't giving me $29,000 but at least they were honest. Bottom line: I would suggest going to another Toyota dealership. I personally felt like I was given false information to lure me into dealership. I am sure they were thinking I would make an emotional decision to pay more. I didn't. I ended up going to Bommarito Ford and getting an F-150. Bommarito gave me a good price and contacted a wholesaler to get me a better trade-in value. More
Mike Wagner was very patient with my ex-wife and I wanting to see and test as many vehicles as we needed in order to find the one I ended up liking. Then I got to bang the gong, and it sounded awesome wanting to see and test as many vehicles as we needed in order to find the one I ended up liking. I purchased a 2013 Toyota Camry SE from Tony Garner at Pappas Toyota. I read previous reviews about the dealership and have heard from many people who have worked with Tony in the past. Without a doubt Pappas Toyota. I read previous reviews about the dealership and have heard from many people who have worked with Tony in the past. Without a doubt they were spot on with their reviews. Tony gave me an amazing experience in their great showroom. I never felt pressured and didn't feel like I was just another average customer. This made me make the decision to buy the car. He helped me get a GREAT deal on the car and also gave me a deal on my trade that didn't make me feel like I had been taken advantage of. Everything was up front and very easy to work with. I have to say that Tony definantly was a huge reason that I purchased the car from Pappas. I encourage anyone who reads this review to go see Tony and get yourself in a new car!! More
I found my 2011 Dodge Durango on autotrader.com and then called the dealership to see if it was still available. Chrissy answered my call and she was very helpful and friendly. I came into the dealership called the dealership to see if it was still available. Chrissy answered my call and she was very helpful and friendly. I came into the dealership the next day and was set up with Ryan "Fergy" Ferguson. I have to say in my 20 years of buying cars that he was the most professional car sales person I have ever encountered. He did not pressure me at all and was very fair during the negotiations. He very clearly answered all of my questions and took the time to answer several more via text over the next two days. We agreed on terms and a price and I came back into the dealership a couple of days later to sign the paperwork. I was handed to Robert Holliday in finance who spelled out the details of my financing and got all the paperwork taken care of Robert was very friendly and professional as well. I will return to Pappas in the future when I need a vehicle and highly recommend Ryan "Fergy" Ferguson and the entire team at Pappas Toyota. Thank you for the great experience. KV More

We bought our Prius from Tony Garner. He was knowledgeable, responsive, accommodating, and had a disarming sales approach, which are the key things I look for in a Sales Professional. knowledgeable, responsive, accommodating, and had a disarming sales approach, which are the key things I look for in a Sales Professional. We purchased a minivan from Pappa's Toyota in 2009 and they serviced the car since then. I was happy with their service until today's horrible experience with Gino the service advisor. I took the car and they serviced the car since then. I was happy with their service until today's horrible experience with Gino the service advisor. I took the car for 45,000 maintenance that included 51-point inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. As Gino was filling out my service sheet, another Pappa's employee got in the office and informed me that my car's alignment was off. I was surprised to hear that due to: 1) I have not asked them to do alignment check 2) the minivan was still in the drop-off area. I simply asked Gino why they performed a service I have not asked for and his reply was "What is the big deal, the alignment check was complimentary". I then asked him if it was part of the 51-point inspection and he said yes. When I asked Gino to prove it by showing me the 51-point inspection list, he could not as I am pretty sure alignment check was not part of the list. I have two other cars and the dealerships never performed alignment check under multipoint inspection. Long story short, we both got upset and he first told me to leave his office and then when we were out of his office told me to leave the dealership in front of other customers and employees. Gino said they can refuse to provide service to anyone. I said that might be true under certain circumstances, but this is not one of them. I wanted to speak with the service manager, but he was not there so I ended up speaking with the parts manager first and after that the owner of the dealership. I informed both of them that the way Gino treated me was unacceptable and the owner assured me that he will have a talk with Gino. By the way, the parts manager showed me the machine located in the drop off area that checked my car's alignment. It looks pretty small and seems like it uses laser to check the alignment. I have no idea how the machine works, but based on the conversation with the manager, it does not sound very reliable as they double check the results with a conventional alignment unit when they take the car to the service area. It makes me wonder if they would let the customers know if the initial results were wrong or simply pretend like they fixed the alignment and charge for it. As a result of this unpleasant experience, I decided not to use Pappa's Toyota for my future car purchase/service. I am sure there are other Toyota dealers that will appreciate my business. Thanks for reading. More
