She was very courteous and did not push me to make a purchase. The trade in deal was quickly arrived at within an hour of my initial visit to Pappas. Casi kept me informed with daily phone calls which I really appreciated. Lacey Munzer also did an excellent job of reviewing all of the features of my new car before I drove it home. She has a difficult job and does it well. Overall I had a very positive experience and recommend Pappas to others. More

Great Customer Service from Casi Every time we came to Pappas Toyota, we were first greeted by Casi. She answered all of our many questions and followed up in a timely manner. Although we originally were interested in a Rav 4, she offered us several other alternatives, including a slightly used Venza, which we came very, very close to buying. As previous owners of 2 Lexus Rx 300's , each with over 250k miles, we eventually chose to buy another Lexus. Although we didn't buy a car from Pappas, I would (and will) recommend Casi to our friends and neighbors. Overall, it was a great sales experience! More

It has not happened! Mr. Bezzole, the General Manager, is all sweetness and light until he has your money. When you express a dislike and distrust in doing business with him, and he knows he will get no more of your money, he is impatient, short tempered and rude! Although our purchasing experiences with this dealership are great, I would not recommend the Service Dept. And, as long as Mr. Bezzole is GM, I will probably avoid buying another vehicle from Pappas Toyota. More

Shortly after I called him back and we figured out how he might be able to take a look at the car during the week given both our busy schedules. My wife happens to work fairly close to Pappas Toyota so I just gave her the car for the day and he drove to her work to give the car a test drive and assessment (returned in perfect condition BTW). After coming to a verbal agreement about what they were willing to pay for the vehicle, I broke the news to Frank that I was still waiting for a new car to arrive. Frank continued to work with me and ensured me his offer would still be good for whenever my new car arrived (took about 1 week since our initial arrangement). In the end Frank when my new car arrived, Frank followed through as promised and maintained good communication throughout the entire sales process - keep in mind I didn't buy a car here, rather I was just selling mine. Frank arranged for transportation for me to get back home and just made everything run so smoothly for the actual handing over of the car to the signing of all the paperwork and collecting a check. Once again, I was really impressed by the level and quality of service I received. Also, Pappas provided a very fair offer given the convenience and their level of customer service - both of which absolutely blew my experience with lou fusz Toyota out of the water. More

We were not familiar with the process or the idea of Leasing over buying. So simple and stress free. Only needed to drive one car to fall in love. James listened to her needs and concerns and found the perfect cars to show to her. James Adams walked us thru the entire process and what to expect. Our daughter is thrilled with her new Prius C and we are thinking of Leasing our next vehicle as opposed to buying! AND working with James for all of our future transactions. Everyone at Pappas was a joy to work with. We cannot thank you enough. More

The service man always comes out and discusses any repairs that I might need and does not pressure you to have work done. More
Quality, courtesy, and professionalism at it's finest! I was searching for a new car that fit my needs and did a lot of internet research, so I narrowed my choices down to a few cars. The next chore was to find exactly the right car and dealership. I visited several dealers and drove a few of the cars and my search narrowed even further to a Toyota Camry Hybrid. After visiting a few Toyota dealers in the area, one stood out way above the others: Pappas Toyota in St.Peters! From the first visit, I was impressed with everything about the dealership, especially the salesman, Nick Yuede. He was very friendly and knowledgeable without any pressure and showed me all of the models and explained the different Camry models and the advantages of each. He also offered me to test drive any or all that I wanted to see which was the best fit. After that test drive I was hooked, what a great car. I liked everything about it. A few days later I brought my wife back to see the car and she loved it also. Then came the part of car buying that we all dread...making the deal. I was again impressed with Nick and the dealership because negotiation was quick and direct, no games! The dealer offers an additional warranty and Toyota's incentive of 0% financing for 5 yrs. and $1,000 cash back sealed the deal for us. I added a few extras on the car, pinstriping and body side molding, and the Zylon treatment on the paint and interior of the car. We had to bring the car back for that yesterday and again, I was greatly impressed with Bryan that took the time to explain everything and even arranged for the person doing the pinstriping to put a few different colors on the car to see which looked best. When we picked the car up after the addition of the extras, it looked better than ever! I saw Nick who came out with me to see it and seemed as happy as I was with the result. Pappas Toyota and their employees made this the most enjoyable car buying experience in my many years of doing this. Everything about the dealership, the sales, service, and the car exceeded my expectations! More

Avoid PAPPAS Toyota I was lied to, deceived, and verbally abused several times at this dealership by Gino Micallef over SUPPOSED "FREE" tires, which were mounted on my ca I was lied to, deceived, and verbally abused several times at this dealership by Gino Micallef over SUPPOSED "FREE" tires, which were mounted on my car at 35,000 miles. At point of new car purchase, I was assured that the tire program I agreed to participate in, would replace "like for like" tires on my car when they were needed. That was NOT the case. Free tires wound up costing me over $1,400 dollars, with the Pappas tires donated to charity on my part. I took my car somewhere else to purchase the "like for like" tires I was promised. I refer to this dealership as CRAP-xxx Toyota. I tell everyone I see with a Papper emblem on their car of my bad experience, and give them a business card to go to an HONEST dealership, in Seeger Toyota. Funny ... Seeger hears lots of complaints about Pappas, both in their sales and service. More
