They used to be great- Not at all now! I used to feel like this firm was trustworthy, not al all now. New Service person- Cody - gives me the run around and talks down to women. Look on line for GM sebring- if battery is NOT put in without wheel and connections for battery check your battery will drain- Pepboys mechanic alerted me to this fact as my battery ran down within 1st year of purchase. Used vehicle- I have lost tons of time and paid for a battery I did not need 1t year- when the 2nd battery ran down I took it too dealship - happened again! Within a few months- spoke to manager (same time took 3 hours to get a oil change as service person did not list my car as in and went to lunch!) Now I have same battery issue-Had 2 places check car on computer before going in- Nothing is wrong with car it is battery as this model has a bad battery connection design. Cody in service called me and told me very nasty way that this is my fault for not driving car? How can you drive car when not power! This is not the end of this- Pep boys (who are not up to deal-ship standards usually_ FIXED THIS and This deal wont!! Take the time to remove the wheel and check connections- if the auto start won't worh, that means your mechanics took the easy route in replacing battery and it WILL DIE AGAIN! More
Worst customer service! This dealership has worst customer service in the US. We bought a truck 1/24/19 paid in full! That was it literally no one there answers the phone! We are still waiting for truck as of 2/12/19 and have not received it. We don’t get answers from no one! We are in New Mexico and have purchased over 100 trucks nationwide and have never encountered this problem! They were quick in asking for their money if not they can’t send truck but they lied! No truck yet! More

Only concerned with their bottom line. It is a very long story. Here's a VERY brief summary, Once I was told what was wrong, I was told my engine repair would take 10 days to 2.5 weeks beca It is a very long story. Here's a VERY brief summary, Once I was told what was wrong, I was told my engine repair would take 10 days to 2.5 weeks because the factory had my parts (lifters) on backorder. I found the OEM parts in 5 minutes from a dealer out of state and ordered them. Got numerous excuses as to why they didn't look "out of state" . And they would have if I'd told them I wanted them to do that. Shockingly, after that conversation they had parts in 2 days. Had I not sourced the parts myself they would have had my car for up to 2.5 weeks longer. Lots of other issues but the story ends when I picked my car up. The invoice shows full charge of $214 for the part in question but they credited only what i paid of $167. It was a $4k bill and I had a 3rd party warranty, but every chance they had they would turn things around and spin them in ways I couldn't believe. Like initial parts lists prices included tax, then when questioned was told tax wasn't included. Everything they did it seemed as though they spun it making it hard for the average person to understand. Thankfully I'm not average and saw through it. I stopped fighting it because I just wanted my car back. I'm sure that's what they count on. I've been in business for 30 years and have never seen anything like it. More

Scare tactic Out Jeep had 28,000 miles and they pressured my wife to get new tires and a new alignment.
