Only concerned with their bottom line. It is a very long story. Here's a VERY brief summary, Once I was told what was wrong, I was told my engine repair would take 10 days to 2.5 weeks beca It is a very long story. Here's a VERY brief summary, Once I was told what was wrong, I was told my engine repair would take 10 days to 2.5 weeks because the factory had my parts (lifters) on backorder. I found the OEM parts in 5 minutes from a dealer out of state and ordered them. Got numerous excuses as to why they didn't look "out of state" . And they would have if I'd told them I wanted them to do that. Shockingly, after that conversation they had parts in 2 days. Had I not sourced the parts myself they would have had my car for up to 2.5 weeks longer. Lots of other issues but the story ends when I picked my car up. The invoice shows full charge of $214 for the part in question but they credited only what i paid of $167. It was a $4k bill and I had a 3rd party warranty, but every chance they had they would turn things around and spin them in ways I couldn't believe. Like initial parts lists prices included tax, then when questioned was told tax wasn't included. Everything they did it seemed as though they spun it making it hard for the average person to understand. Thankfully I'm not average and saw through it. I stopped fighting it because I just wanted my car back. I'm sure that's what they count on. I've been in business for 30 years and have never seen anything like it. More

Scare tactic Out Jeep had 28,000 miles and they pressured my wife to get new tires and a new alignment. There are plenty of other CDJR dealerships. Just bought a new Jeep, shopped at O’Brien they didn’t really have the car I wanted and when I told them what I was looking for their desk manager was Just bought a new Jeep, shopped at O’Brien they didn’t really have the car I wanted and when I told them what I was looking for their desk manager was kind of snotty with me. Plus they were 70 dollars a month more on a car they found that was like mine than where I ended up purchasing. The salesman did follow up, but didn’t even know what I was looking for. This is 2018, stop treating your customers like a bad 1970’s used car movie. More
Over Charged for Repair Services I brought my car in for repair... needed a specialty part... They charged me 300% of the cost of the part.... and double the labor costs. I discussed this with the Service Manager as I knew what the part cost, and he just blew me off. The Service Department has an attitude and did not care that they got caught over charging me.
