Refreshingly great service!!! Although I am not someone that normally write reviews, my recent visit warrants that I do. I live in Michigan and needed work performed on my daugh Although I am not someone that normally write reviews, my recent visit warrants that I do. I live in Michigan and needed work performed on my daughter's Jeep. I explained my situation (living in a different state, but needing emergency service in Indy for my daughter's vehicle) to Karen. Karen listened to my concerns and needs and told me to bring it in the next morning at opening and they'll try to fit me in between scheduled appointments. I was extremely please to hear this since my daughter needed her vehicle for work. I showed up the next morning to check the vehicle in and learned that I had 35 vehicles ahead of my vehicle. After the car was processed and the hours began to past, I was contacted by Cody (Who did an excellent job of keeping me informed, step by step). He explained everything that I needed to know as well Ultimately, the work was completed in record time and correctly!!!! Many thanks to Cody and Karen for helping us through our issue. More

We had a glitch or two with financing that we were a little surprised about but in all fairness it's been a long time since we purchased a new car so it's probably not unusual. They even let us take our new Jeep home in good faith until we resolved the issues. We liked the additional warranty options and feel good about the deal we agreed on. We were treated with respect and trust and feel comfortable recommending Tom 'OBrien. I'm fairly certain we will be back when the time comes to buy another vehicle. It was like dealing with a 50's Dealership and not some cold corporate non caring entity. Give them a try. You'll be glad you did. More

They used to be great- Not at all now! I used to feel like this firm was trustworthy, not al all now. New Service person- Cody - gives me the run around and talks down to women. Look on line for GM sebring- if battery is NOT put in without wheel and connections for battery check your battery will drain- Pepboys mechanic alerted me to this fact as my battery ran down within 1st year of purchase. Used vehicle- I have lost tons of time and paid for a battery I did not need 1t year- when the 2nd battery ran down I took it too dealship - happened again! Within a few months- spoke to manager (same time took 3 hours to get a oil change as service person did not list my car as in and went to lunch!) Now I have same battery issue-Had 2 places check car on computer before going in- Nothing is wrong with car it is battery as this model has a bad battery connection design. Cody in service called me and told me very nasty way that this is my fault for not driving car? How can you drive car when not power! This is not the end of this- Pep boys (who are not up to deal-ship standards usually_ FIXED THIS and This deal wont!! Take the time to remove the wheel and check connections- if the auto start won't worh, that means your mechanics took the easy route in replacing battery and it WILL DIE AGAIN! More

We are still waiting for truck as of 2/12/19 and have not received it. We don’t get answers from no one! We are in New Mexico and have purchased over 100 trucks nationwide and have never encountered this problem! They were quick in asking for their money if not they can’t send truck but they lied! No truck yet! More
