Tom O'Brien Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram - Indianapolis

Having just moved to Carmel Indiana from San Diego three weeks ago, and owning to Jeeps, I was very happy to discover that Tom O’Brien Jeep was just a few minutes from my house. I went there for the first t weeks ago, and owning to Jeeps, I was very happy to discover that Tom O’Brien Jeep was just a few minutes from my house. I went there for the first time yesterday to have my oil changed, tires rotated, and the torque on the bolts of my 2021 Rubicon checked. I was met at the service department by young man named Preston. Within about a minute of speaking with Preston, I knew that this was an exceptional young man. He greeted me professionally and in a very friendly fashion, he welcomed me to Indiana, and listened to all of the requests that I had for him of things that I wanted to be done to my jeep. And then he assured me that everything would be taken care of. And within well under an hour, he texted me and let me know that everything was ready to go . Preston could not have been more professional and done his job any better than he did it. He was truly an impressive young man! Made an appointment 6 weeks ahead of time and then was told when I arrived that they might not get in that day . It took 3 day to get it done. Was told it was in diagnosis for three day.
