Awful service department. Had my Grand Cherokee in for AC repairs. Charged me $1700 to repair it. Took it home and within the week no AC again. Took it back to dealer and they Had my Grand Cherokee in for AC repairs. Charged me $1700 to repair it. Took it home and within the week no AC again. Took it back to dealer and they said sorry another $2500 in repair but we will cut you a great deal and only charge you another $1750. Clearly did not fix the problem the first time. Claimed another part broke. I call xx. Filed a complaint with Chrysler Corporate/Stellantis and they were no help. So I’m just out $1750. Go elsewhere. Ron in service talks to you like you are stupid. And the dealer never contacted me about my issue. Awful service. More

Dropped my car off for 2 recalls and when I got the car back the windshield was cracked from top to bottom and they won't take responsibility. First they claimed they can't tell from cameras whether it was back the windshield was cracked from top to bottom and they won't take responsibility. First they claimed they can't tell from cameras whether it was cracked when I dropped it off, then they tried to say it's because of a small chip that they documented which has been on my windshield by the left edge of the driver's side for FIVE YEARS. The crack is emanating from a new chip in the top middle of windshield and there is another large dent in window behind rearview mirror, so something hit my windshield while in for servicing. They refuse to take care of the issue. More
