Got the run around from the salesman just to find out 2 days later they sold the car. Then evidently the other sale fell through which doesn't surprise me. The Dealer called after I left a review and said they were honest and trying to make things right and then low balled and I mean low balled me on my trade. The lack of communication, the condescending tone, and the efforts of this dealer are terrible. I am sorry I wasted there time and mine. I worked at a dealership for many years and it is surprising how things have changed. Its not about how they can help but what they can take. More

I made an appointment online and the submission said there would be a total charge of $0. I did not receive any notification, email or text, that the appointment was made until the day of. I took my vehicle there on a Tuesday for an engine ticking noise. I specified this when I made the appointment, and when I dropped the vehicle off. I had not heard anything else by the next day, Wednesday, so I called and was told I could only speak to the service advisor assigned to me. they transferred me an no one answered. I then texted the number that the advisor was texting me from. He said the tech was busy and had not gotten toy vehicle yet. On thursday, the advisor, Patrick, called me and told me that the tech has noticed a clocking noise in the engine, and to do anything further would be $600. I said I know there is a ticking noise, why else would I drop it off. he then informed me that the cost for this "inspection" would be $130. I went to pick the car up Friday, and both Patrick and the manager were at lunch so I couldn't speak to anyone. I was forced to pay the $130 today or leave my car there. the charge of $120 was for labor. labor that involved repeating back what I said, there is a noise coming from the engine. The only additional comment they had was valve covers would need to be removed to learn more, which is obvious and where the potential $600 comes from. they also did a recall on my air bags without notifying me. I would not have known this except when I looked at the paperwork, no one mentioned it to me at all. I feel like I just spent $130 to leave my car here for 3 days and get told what I already know. Highly do not recommend. More

Excellent service turned into a sale for an additional car My wife and I had our 2016 Jeep Cherokee in for repair to the front suspension. During this process, I started looking at other cars. I didn't really need another car, but, they had one at their North side store that was recommended to me by a salesman by the name of Cody Bronson. I told them I was interested in seeing the vehicle but that I could not make it to the north side location because of my schedule. Cody offered to have the vehicle brought down to the Greenwood store so I could see it. I went in and looked at the vehicle and test drove it. It was an amazing machine. I agreed to purchase the vehicle. The finance manager made the process painless and the management team even worked hard to get me a much lower rate than I was expecting. So, needless to say, I am very happy with the Dodge Charger R/T that I purchased. Cody Bronson is a fine young man. I have purchased many cars from this dealership, and from Cody. I am sure this will not be my last purchase. And by the way, the repairs they made to my wife's Jeep were completed in an timely manner and completed correctly. Well seasoned liars. My Jeep went dead when the cheap Chinese diodes in the recalled alternator fried the PCM. A trusted mechanic looked at it and diagnosed the alternator My Jeep went dead when the cheap Chinese diodes in the recalled alternator fried the PCM. A trusted mechanic looked at it and diagnosed the alternator issue and the consequentially damaged PCM. He charged the battery disconnected the alternator and watched as the tow driver started it and loaded it onto the flatbed on its way to Tommy O’s house of ripoff. Next call from OBriens and now the starters bad. The service manager went out of his way to tell me how his tech was able to start the Jeep and drive it onto the lift. Perplexed I called the guy who originally looked at it and he assures me that the starter is fine it’s the PCM that been damaged by the alternator. Service manager assured me that it’s the starter and that if it’s not I would not have to pay for it. Manager explained how the starter must have blew when his tech started it to pull it in and that would be 1200 dollars please. I asked about the the PCM and the manager said it was fine and I could pick it up, along with all the bad parts As i requested. As I paid the ransom I noticed the parts had disappeared and per the receipt the PCM had been changed due to “consequential damage” caused by the alternator. I don’t normally reply to surveys or such but I think it’s important for people to know the type of people they are dealing with. More
