Update: Almost forgot to come on and update the outcome of all of this. Not only did I get the letter the day after buying this vehicle from a local bank that had told Naquin about a 4 point better interes of all of this. Not only did I get the letter the day after buying this vehicle from a local bank that had told Naquin about a 4 point better interest rate, telling me that I could refi with them, I made a single call to another bank and took the nearly 11% rate Naquin told me I qualified for and cut it to 4.5%…nothing down…no extra costs… That’s a 6.5% lower rate folks. Saved me nearly $200 a month and cut 3 months off my loan and saved me over $12,000 in interest overall. I’m floored that car dealerships still are able to do this to people and not have some type of accountability for it. I will not be back EVER, and I also will make sure all of my connections know about what Naquin did to me and my family. Original Review starts here: Communication was just abysmal. At the point of sale on our first vehicle (1 of 5 that was purchased by me or a close friend/family member in 8 days), They only turned in my application to two banks, and because of that brought me what ended up being an awful interest-rate. I received a letter in the mail from one of the banks and they offered me four percentage points lower of an interest rate. I asked repeatedly the day of the sale if they would turn this into more banks and see what other offers they got back. They told me it wouldn’t make any difference, but guess what…it did. I just feel bad that I have recommended those that I love go here already, and that they may have ended up having the same issue. I was in car sales for five years so I know the questions to ask, but not everyone does. 0 out of 5 stars. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND More

Tom Naquin does not fill up tank at all. Nor any free oil change. The free car wash look old and dangerous. probably from the 60s or 70s. if you can find what you want somewhere else. Then go there. Customer satisfaction is not consider here. just the sale. More
We were out diving in are 2021 new GMC diesel Truck and a systems failure came up on our screen. We drove to Tom Naquin to see what the problem was. The gentleman at the desk said they couldn’t help us and a systems failure came up on our screen. We drove to Tom Naquin to see what the problem was. The gentleman at the desk said they couldn’t help us and they had no opening for two weeks to even look at the truck. They did not offer a loaner vehicle or offer to help us in anyway. He made us feel that he didn’t want to be bothered with us. So we took our vehicle to another dealer and they went above and beyond to help us out. More
We have purchased 6 vehicles from Tom Naquin and have great experiences each time. It really helps that they have great pictures of every car online with accurate descriptions. I've bought used and new vehicles and have sold here each time with a fair and reasonable outcome. The entire service department catches and notifies you of things that are very easy to overlook in our day to day madness. They take the initiative and throw in a free car wash after services I've had. The sales team worked with me on mastering specific details and went to great lengths to ensure the proper customization of what I wanted. They get new vehicles in faster than their local competitors. The biggest take away is I feel like a name not a number there with a welcoming staff but not a creepy staff like at a number of places I've checked out. Delivery of excellence not desperation. Management that doesn't cowardly hide when you have an issue but meets you face to face with a firm handshake and smile. More
