Honestly, they don't have a rate low enough for me to be able to rate this place of business. I can say they lack many things, Here are a couple 1) Communication, 2) Integrity of their company. I would DEFINITELY not recommend this business location for your service needs they will do what they will without consulting you and making sure it's something you want to continue with or find somewhere else. NO you don't get that option they just do it. Not very good business like. All i can say is this is not the one find a different one. Rick you are the worst. Never again will come to this dealership for anything. i will never recommend it as well. i will steer them all clear of Tom Naquin Chevrolet Cadillac Nissan on 2500 West Lexington Elkhart, Indiana.. I am so happy that I got my new car from Tom Naquin. I definitely recommend getting your new car from there. They treat you like family and very honest with you about everything. I love how they work as team to get me where I wanted to be with my payments but having every bell and whistle I could have on my car. I want to thank Jeff for helping me and being patient with me while I made the best decision about getting a new car for my family. I recommend anyone to go see Jeff at Tom Naquin to get a new car! He is very patient, listens to you about your wants in the car, your budget, and never pressures you. I worked with Danny Groves during the recent service to my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado. There were computer issues that required me to be without my truck for a week but Danny made sure that I had another tr my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado.
