My wife and I had our first experience with Mercedes this month. Other than chopping a few grand off the prices, we could not have had a better experience. I always knew of the Mercedes reputation for making high quality vehicles. But after seeing them up close and driving them, I now believe it is a well deserved reputation. We drove from a Maryland to Reading, Pa, approx. 1 hour drive to see the car that we had been researching for 6 months and looking to purchase. Luis, our salesman, was the most honest, no pressure, completely informative salesperson we have ever met !!!!! He went above and beyond to answer every question , went over every bell and whistle that our new car had, and even went back to find my husbands cell phone that he lost during the test drive. What an absolute life saver ! I read all of the reviews at tom masano , before we took the hour long trip to reading.
