This is the second Mercedes i have bought from Masano and the reason i did was because of my salesman Neal Fleischood. He made my car buying experience truly enjoyable and stressfree! This was a shopping experience wherenI had no pressure to secured a car with any urgency. I drove many vehicles, both foreign and domestic and was exposed to many salespeople. I had a bad experience with the super center on lanc. ave, i had posted about my experience, the salesman called and wanted to resolve the issues i had ans apologized for the mishaps. so i let go as just ave, i had posted about my experience, the salesman called and wanted to resolve the issues i had ans apologized for the mishaps. so i let go as just a bad experience on both sides. so i re wrote my review to satisfy the manager who called me. he promised he would do everything they can to help me and make right on there foul ups. whenever i called to check on anything since that day, i had nothing but grief and headaches. i wouldnt recommend the entire masano dealerships to anyone. oh and not to mention, my sister had bought an 05' grand cherokee from the dealership on 09' with only 41,000 miles. currently has 55,000 miles. to date she has replaced the trans($4,000)rear($1,500) front hub assemblies($700 combined). E Brake cable and rear brakes. she also had the car in for one of there free inspections, they came to her with a $1,000 estimate to fix, took it to two other garages for second opinions, one being $250, and the other $300.. save yourself the trouble of dealing with this dealership they also told me the finance company requires gap insurance and extended warranties on all vehicles. i was gonna put half down on the car, so i didnt undrestand why gap would have been needed, after calling the finance company directly i was told its not required and they will try to push them on you so they make money off of it. after telling the finance manager this, all my problems started at the dealership More

They clearly focus on the quality of the fleet, without any pressure, hype or gimicky sales talk. After making the initial decision to purchase, the entire staff from the financing people to the maintenance/service staff were completely attentive and very eager to answer my questions. This was my first Mercedes purchase, but the experience at Masano will bring me back again, I'm certain. More
This was by far the most pleasurable car buying experience I have had. The salesperson was friendly,knowledgable, and responsive. The sales process was fair and without pressure. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! I brought my S600 there just for an estimate of repair work to be done. Well, when they backed my car up to bring it into the shop, they crashed it into a concrete lamp post. The for an estimate of repair work to be done. Then a few days later when they were done looking at the car they gave me a bill of $709.00 just for looking at my car! They did not do any work to the car & the estimate said I needed $11,000 worth of work done, but when I brought it somewhere else for a 2nd opinion (a very reputable Mercedes Benz specialist), here I didn't need anything that Tom Masano's said I did. Everything was fixable by reseting some codes in the computer! Then they said they would call when the parts came in to fix the back end of my car, of which they crashed,and never did. I called back 4 weeks later and they said the part has been in for weeks! Now I'm going to be without my car for who know how long with no compensation. I will NEVER go back there!!!!! More

I have been doing business with Masano group for over 15 years. I started looking in October for a new Mercedes, and was not sure for several weeks whether to go with the S class or the E class. The dealer years. I started looking in October for a new Mercedes, and was not sure for several weeks whether to go with the S class or the E class. The dealership was patient, never pressured me and allowed me to keep going back to keep testing the various models and ask all my questions. I ended up ordering a new S550 in December for March delivery. I dealt with Dottie and Phil primarily for the purchase, and Dottie and Neil both helped me with the delivery, and Rob walked me through all the final paperwork. I found all four very knowledgeable and professional in dealing with me. NO xx, down to earth, straight shooters so to speak.The car is absolutely better than I could have imagined. I have no regrets that I didn't go with the E class. Dottie and Phil and Neil all hinted that the S class would satisfy the objectives of what I was looking for and they were absolutely right! I am so glad I listened to them. More
My wife and I went in to look at a couple vehicles that i had seen on their website. The sales person was actually very nice and everything was fine until the preowned vehicle manager Phil showed up. He practically marched my wife and I out and would not even allow us to make a offer on the vehicle we liked....this was the worst experience i ever had especially considering it was a manager not to mention the auto market in general. Neither my wife nor i insulted anyone in anyway and i would be willing to call on the original sales person to testify to that....Phil if u read this im not sure what your angle is by taking the vehicles to auction especially since a week later i was at the auction and you only got a high bid of $3,600.00 you did not sell the car and it went to the auction the next week and it was less then the first time eventually you got the $3,600.00 after 2 weeks i was willing to offer $4,000.00 when i was on your lot for that same car 3 weeks prior...i seriously think it might be time for retirement Phil!!!!!!!!!!! I would still recommend the dealership as a whole. More
